  Another wonderful visit.... for two weeks this time. This trip I actually hosted a Thanksgiving event for my friends in the area and their family. It was an excellent environment for a large gathering too. Of course I did none of the prep, cooking or cleanup. I was on vacation! My canine pal Bubba was in dog heaven with run of the yard. He was on constant patrol keeping the local squirrels from getting a drink from the pool You really can't beat this place. It's a great location with easy access to everything in the area, clean, well maintained, fully equipped, instant access to the owners who are locals.... etc. Trust me; I have paid much more for much less. I'm already planning my next trip this spring.

  We are staying in this lovely home right now. It has everything we need, such a nice relaxing pool area, beautiful lanscaping! Comfortable furnishings, Super clean! Love it!

  This was a great house to rent for the week we stayed in the Port Charlotte area. It was clean and decorated very well. The back yard is great and had a very private feel, though there are neighbors all around. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and shopping. The best restaurant we found was Shark's Fish House on Tamiami Trail, about 3 miles or so south of here. The owner was quick to answer e-mails and was very easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to rent a vacation home in the Port Charlotte area.

  For a band that spends most of its downtime in hotels, this was a welcome change. This comfortable home easily accommodated our large group and allowed us easy access to all of Port Charlotte's amenities. (It's located right in the middle of everything.) The neighborhood was quiet, and perfect for a bike ride. Due to our hectic concert schedule, we never got to use the pool, but I noticed the solar heater kept it a pleasant temperature on a unusually cool Florida day. Thanks so much, K & C! Y'all rock!   That's what we were thinking about until I came across VRBO. What a great value for the money. The house is so neat and clean, and the pool was wonderful. I can't think of one thing we needed, that we didn't have. The owners were only a phone call away, and were very helpful with any questions that we had. We hope to rent here again in the future.

  Couldn't ask for more. We have stayed across the bridge many times in various houses, condos and motels. This beats them all for price and access to restuarants, shopping, etc. It's VERY clean and well maintained. Do yourself a service and rent this property!@

  Feb - March 2011 **Comment left from our Welcome Book** Kurt and Sheryl, We have had a fantastic time in your home. Rosie, Duffy, and Duke have enjoyed the yard. Rosie especially liked the squirrels who would always be on the other side of the fence. We have found great restuarants and enjoyed the closeness of shopping. Spent many hourse in the pool and eating on the Lanai. You have provided a wonderful home with everything we needed to spend windter away from home. We will see you nest year. #1 restaurant we found for good shrimp and fish 776 cake - Englewood. Chuck and Shery and Dogs, Thanks for letting them come along.

  Jan 2011 **Comment left in our Welcome Book** Kurt and Sheryl, The house was great and met all our needs. It is well furnished especially the kitchen. The location was great for our needs and the neighborhood was quiet. Didn't use the pool but it got warm enough. We played alot of golf and the weather was good most days.
