This 3/2 home with solar heated pool is located in the northern part of Port Charlotte. It is a very spacious, cozy home away from home. This split plan home has a large master bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, and walk-in closet. Kitchen and dining area separates the other two bedrooms and full bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a full. The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed. Port-a-crib and a youth bed are available with advanced notice.

Master bedroom, dining room, and one bedroom have sliding doors that open to the lanai with pool access. Large open pool for tanning and relaxing. Great place to have a family vacation. Large fenced in back yard so children and pets will be safe. Quiet neighborhood. No indoor smoking! Broadband Internet and 2 bikes for you to use.

YMCA fitness center is within walking distance. Local beaches, golf, shopping, and cinemas are within 5 minutes of property. Port Charlotte has an array of fine dining, casual dining, and night clubs. Sunsplash water park is about 40 minutes south in Cape Coral. Tampa's Bush Gardens and Adventure Island water park is approximately 75 minutes north on I-75 and Orlando is about 3 hours away. Punta Gorda hosts many of festivals year round and is the home of the Red Fish tournament. Fisherman Village has several shops to enjoy and you can book a sunset dinner cruise or carter a boat for fishing. Many exciting activities within a short drive.

  • Sheryl & Kurt, You have a lovely house. It is perfectly located,tastefully decorated,quite neighborhood,clean, fully equiped kitchen & the pool was great! We had a wonderful time! We were married in Punta Gorda, it was a lovely location. We have been here a month, but are leaving tomorrow. Hopefully we will be purchasing our own piece of sunshine in Port Charlotte. If not we will definitely be back. We enjoyed the bikes, shopping at BEALLS, if you don't have one go there it is great! Great yard for dogs, but if you are a pet owner & rent please be responsible & respect their home! Port Charlotte is close to everything,Fort Meyers & Sanibel are about 45min, Venice 1/2 hr.   • We visited this home during November. We had such a lovely time. The home was very nice and the new furniture was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the pool was refreshing. The weather couldn't have been better. We will be back.
