This 2 bedroom lake front condo is in the Heritage Oaks Country Club, which is a gated community with security entrances and 24hr guard. This unit includes a flat screen high definition TV in the living room and TVs in each bedroom. The master bath has a walk in shower and the second bath has a full tub. There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer. The dining room seats six and the kitchen dinette has a view of the lake and golf course. There are front and back screened lanais and a one car garage with remote opener. All utilities are included.
Two adult bikes are provided along with beach chairs and coolers. This rental includes a membership transfer package. This gives two people the same rights and privileges as an owner including scheduling tee time, playing golf on the Jed Azinger designed course and use of all facilities. The golf course includes an over water driving range, sand chipping area and putting green. The newly remodelled and expanded club house with restaurant for formal and casual dining includes a new 19th hole pub.. There are four heated pools with a jacuzzi located with the club house pool. The minimum rental period is one month. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
