This beautifully-decorated beach home offers a unique private heated INDOOR POOL in a specially engineered climate-controlled room both heated to 80 degrees- making it the ideal OBX home for your family year-round. 'ALWAYS SUNNY' was built in 2005 and is thoughtfully appointed for your family’s comfort and enjoyment.
'ALWAYS SUNNY’ is centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac street within walking distance to shopping, movie theatres and restaurants. The home is 500ft walk to direct public beach access at 3rd Street and Virginia Dare Trail. The beach is lifeguarded daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day. A beach cart is provided for your family's use.
The top level is the location of the great room, large well-appointed kitchen, dining area w/seating for 10,powder room, and a game nook w/ full-sized fooseball table. A game cabinet holds a variety of family DVD's, board games and puzzles. The great room opens onto a furnished oceanside sundeck. Views of the Wright Brother's Memorial Momument.
The mid-level includes 4 bedrooms each with their own TV/DVD combos. The King master suite with LCD TV/DVD and private bath with jacuzzi tub. The Queen master suite across the hall has it's own private full bath. A Queen bedroom has a door to the oceanside deck. The 4th bedroom has twin over full bunk w/trundle under. A large full bathroom w/double sinks is located across the hall. A door at the end of the hallway opens onto the furnished oceanside deck.
The entry level offers a Game room w/full-sized Pool Table, wet bar & full-sized fridge, TV/DVD, Bathroom w/shower that adjoins to the INDOOR POOL room. Hot Tub is located on the back deck for relaxing under the stars.
Our home is equipped with keyless entry allowing effortless check-in/check-out. Advertised rates include damage waiver and administrative fees. Optional vacation insurance is available.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandsons stayed at Always Sunny for Presidents weekend in February and had a great time. My grandsons really enjoyed the pool table, foosball table and the indoor pool. The house is in the heart of Kill Devil Hills across the beach road at mile post 7 from shopping and near many restaurants. The beach was a very short walk from the house. The off season rates made for a very affordable family reunion. We will definately be back again!

When we planned out Thanksgiving vacation we knew there would not be much beach time, so wetried to pick a house everyone would enjoy. We couldn't have picked a better home. Your beautiful home had something to offer everyone in our party. Our teen aged boys loved the pool table and the swimming pool. The older crowd loved the hot tub and having 2 refrigerators. As the only mother, I loved the kitchen, big table for dinners and the baby accessories. My 15 year old loved the big TV in the living room. He now wants has a new item to add to his Christmas wish list. We hope to return in the future. Thank you. PS. We have been coming for the last 10 years and this was the best rental and best rental company.

What a LOVELY house!! It was very clean and spacious! It had SO MANY activities for the children to do Right in the house!!... the indoor pool, hottub, pool table, fooseball table and playstation were all a HUGE hit!!! Thank you SO MUCH for providing such a wonderful place for Memories to be made!! Looking forward to returning again!!

Always Sunny Was Awesome Even In February! the Pool Room Was Nice and Warm as Well as Pool Being Heated. There Was Even a Sound System Set Up In the Pool Area and Camera/Monitor To Watch the Kids While They Played In the Pool While I Cooked In the Kitchen. by Far Has the Best Supply of Silverware, Plates, Pans of Any House We Ever Stayed In. My Family Had An Amazing Time! My Son Is Addicted To Playing Pool Now. We May Have To Buy Our Own Pool Table! :) Thank You For Sharing Your Home!

Always Sunny Is a Beautiful House That Has Everything a Family Could Want from a Rental Property. the Rooms Were Big and Nicely Decorated. the Kitchen Had Everything I Needed In It and the Large Dining Table Was Terrific. the Indoor Pool Was a Huge Hit With the Kids and They Loved the Pool and Game Tables. It Was a Very Relaxing and Family-Friendly House!

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at Always Sunny. The house was beautiful, with everything that anyone could possibly need and still you felt like you were at home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone that wanted to spend their vacation in Kill Devil Hills
