Beautiful Lake Burton, Lakefront, in the North Georgia Mountains. Located in quiet cove, 20 steps from the lake, on deep water. Lake Burton continues to have a full pool of water due to the fact that GA Power opted to hold the water level through the 2008/2009 winter months. Spacious screen porch. Large dock with two slips available for your boat, power seadoo lift, adirondack chairs. Great sunbathing area. Great swimming area. Boat rentals available at nearby marinas. Boating is limited to a maximum of 22' motor boats and jet skis. Fishing from dock. Upstair bonus room with entertainment center and bunk beds.
Upstairs - Master with view of the Lake. Queen size bed.
