- Lanai: Veranda is a large covered 8 1/2 by 22 feet with fans overlooking Marigo Bay and ocean. Great to sleep outside. There is plenty of patio furniture.

- Beach View: All seahouses are private. Built on a mountainside so that each house has its own unhibited view of Marigo Bay. Palm Trees and island vegetation have been carefully preserved with hisbiscus, bougainvillea and jasmine planted after conwstruction to create the perfect Caribben vacation setting. Home owners have easy access to the magnificient Marigot Bay beach just a few hundred feet away. This you can go by Tram or just walk, its great exercise.
