This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Waterford Villa is tucked quietly among native pines and oak trees in the Shipyard Plantation. It has a beautiful fairway view of the Galleon Course which is included in the 27-hole Shipyard Golf Club.
The villa features a spacious Family Room with a Fireplace, TV, VCR, 2 Sleeper Sofas, a fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Room area. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom which includes a queen bed, TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and 2nd Bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The Washer and Dryer are also located on the second floor.
A community pool is available for visitors that want to retreat for some afternoon sun after a early day spent at the beach. For all our die hard tennis fans, a private tennis court is available on the premises. Any tennis information can be provided upon request. With such an amazing variety of things to do, Hilton Head Island is world renowned as one of the world’s most family-friendly destination. Golf, Tennis, Biking, In-line Skating, Deep Sea Fishing, Swimming, Wind Surfing, Snorkeling are only a few of some of the recreational activities offered.

There is a sensitive nod to the environment. As you enter the island, building are set back from the main roads, showcasing the beautiful trees and nature. I have been visiting the island for 25 years and it always looks the same. There is plenty of green wherever you go regardless of how much development has taken place. The views are breathtaking and the people are friendly.
