Your desert getaway begins right here. It is located in a quiet upscale north Phoenix neighborhood. This home is spacious 2600 sq ft. The master suite is separated from the other 3 bedrooms. There are gorgeous slate floors and wooden shutter on all of the windows. The living room has large sectional couch so that everyone can enjoy the 60 inch TV. The game room has a Pool Table, Wet bar and Dartboard for hours of entertainment. In the backyard you can relax by the pool in the lounge chairs or under the cabana. There is a gas BBQ outside dining table.

There is a basketball hoop and nice grassy area. The pool is a large diving pool with a deep end of 10 feet. There is no pool fence and children Must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This home is located near Mountain preserves with extensive hiking trails.

The house is located in the Moon Valley Golf community. There is a link to the Country Club below so that you may see the area. Moon Valley Country Club is managed by Troon. According to Golf US there are 11 golf courses within 7 miles and a total of 300+ golf courses in the Phoenix metro area.
