You’ve never experienced a sunset like this before. Our vast living area with an open kitchen and a wall of windows allows you to enjoy the breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Travis across our resort quality, 40-foot negative edge pool. Our large three-bedroom, two-bath, waterfront home is located in Lago Vista, Texas directly across from Paleface Park (Pace Bend Park). We have sleeping space for up to 10 people.
Aside from one of the best waterfront views on Lake Travis, our home features numerous upgrades such as a private 40-foot negative-edge swimming pool with resort-sized 8 X 8 foot hot tub (that easily fits 8 people) and over 900-square feet of stone decking, indoor sauna, and Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom.
The house is fully furnished with a full range of kitchen appliances, all the linens you need, big-screen HDTV with cable, a library of DVD's, dual monitor computer with wireless internet, an outside gas grill and much more. Great for a family getaway or a couples' retreat.
Our 2,250 square foot home with 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows sits on top of a one acre hill top lot overlooking a cliff down to the lake with a gazebo down near the water.
Boat ramps and marina are only minutes away. The Hollows marina is the nicest on Lake Travis. Boats, jet skis, etc. can be rented.
Five minutes to Lago Vista stores, restaurants/lounges. Forty minutes to Austin malls, restaurants, museums, nightlife, etc. Gateway to Hill Country destinations such as Marble Falls (30 minutes), Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, Highland Lakes, etc. Lots of Live Oaks, deer, mocking birds. Quiet natural setting, great for walking! This remote getaway is still convenient to everything you need within a five-mile radius: CVS pharmacy, grocery store, video rentals, local restaurants, etc.

This house MORE than fits the bill for what we were hoping for in a rental on Lake Travis- its location and view is unbeatable! We felt at home all weekend and didn't want to leave on Sunday! We're looking forward to staying here again in the future!

My girlfriends and I spent a weekend here for some rest and relaxation. The house is amazing and perfect for r&r!! We never left the house b/c we didn't need to. Everything we needed was there! We will be back!
