Behind the gates of the Rancho La Quinta Country Club sits a 3,350 square foot multi million dollar private residence Montana-1 model home with 3-bedrooms and 1-detached Casita that has a newly painted interior and has been professionally decorated and furnished.
You can have sun all day from the large patio (65'X60) without having sun in the house and enjoy the large salt water pool and spa along with a fire pit for the cooler nights including a separate built-in barbeque. This patio overlooks the 8th Fairway with a fabulous view of the Jerry Pate golf course with a waterfall, water and mountain views.
The large gourmet kitchen with center island opens to a spacious great room with fireplace, big screen TV, DVD, stereo and full sound system inside and outside the patio. The Master Suite with King size bed overlooks the patio area & features a 50" flat screen TV, large master Jacuzzi bath, large separate shower, bidet, two individual sink areas and huge walk-in closet.
The two additional bedrooms have Queen size beds including their own private bathrooms and flat screen TV's. The Detached Casita has a King size bed with a flat screen TV, extra sink, refrigerator, closet and private bathroom.
