We spent a week in the condo and were very pleased with the layout, the amenities and the home-like atmosphere. The pool and condo overlook the lake. The complex is small and uncrowded. The restaurants at the nearby Village and the next-door Westin (used to be Loews) added a lot to our stay. We picked this spot because we didn't want the bright lights of Vegas. The desert surroundings were serene and dark and quiet. The owner's attention to a visitor's detail was noticeable. It was great for a girl-retreat. We were prepared for the 20 minute drive to town.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway.

Great owner, cared that we were happy. Well maintained condo. Quiet area. 2 nearest golf courses are closed. Community pool is not heated in the winter. Five minutes to restaurants, 20 minutes from lots of things to do in all directions.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Lake Las Vegas

Just spent one month here with my wife and "toy" dog. The town house was just as described. Very comfortable and well furnished with everything you would need to make yourself at home. Too bad the golf courses have been closed for two years as it's right across the street. Beautiful area and very quiet.

I rented Suzana's home for my family in early April 2011. We were there to watch my son compete in a triathlon for the Xterra West Championships. I want to extend my appreciation to Suzana for being so responsive to our needs. She made our trip and stay perfect for us. I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to stay away from the hectic Vegas strip in a peaceful, beautiful area. If you want to go to the Strip, it is close by and easily accessible. The Hoover Dam is very close and worth the trip. Suzana also has great rates when compared to other homes in the area and accepted Sophie - our son's well behaved lab.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving and New Years weekend 2010.  We loved the home and location so much we are already talking about our next trip.  The home was sparkling clean and was located in a gated community away from the hectic strip. It was appointed with everything you could think of.  We spent most mornings hiking at the nearby Lake Mead recreational area and took a short drives to the strip at night to see a shows.  Thank You!

What a joy this trip has been!!! Kayaking on the beautiful Lake Las Vegas, biking the circle, and swimming in our "private pool". The condo could not have been better, containing everything we could possibly need. So comfortable!!! The four of us had room to spare. Can't wait to come back. We were able to entertain our Las Vegas family with style. That you for all the care and attention you give to making the condo feet like a home!!!!

Sandra and I had an awesome vacation in Lake Las Vegas. Suzanna's townhouse was by far better than any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Everything was provided for our ultimate comfort. The weather was a little windy and hot for a few days but the Townhouse made a nice retreat. The entire complex and pool area were very quiet and we just can't say enough about our wonderful stay. We hope that the economy improves and the Lake Las Vegas community can get back on it's feet because this is indeed paradise. Thank you Suzanna and you can be sure we will be back to stay here again in the near future.

WOW !!!!!!! I spent Christmas at the townhouse, and it was awesome !! It was so much more than I expected. I highly recommend it no matter what your get away plans may be. Ive been here its amazing. I want to live here. The house is beautiful, it has all the luxury you want. The neighborhood is like in fairytale, its quiet, Las Vegas is near so everything you want. And I like the most the litle village on the Lake Las Vegas. Thats why I recommend this place to stay if you want to go to Las Vegas or the neighborhood.S punco sva zašla v to oazo, res je prelepo, zato vsem predlagava, da to doživijo. Imaš vse kar si zaželiš, Las Vegas je blizu, najlepše pa je vasica na Lake Las Vegasu. Še se bova vrnila.

We throughly enjoyed staying at the condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It was beatuiful and so was working w/the owner. I really made out because it was right at the end of the triathlon race next door at the Lowe's Hotel. No hassels for parking and a glorious bath tube jacuzzi all my own. I'll be back to race again

My husband and I wanted to get away for our anniversary. This townhome was recommended to us by a friend and what a great Idea it was. The home is immaculate and the location within the community is the best. We spent the day on the beach, just a 2 minute walk from the home. We also enjoyed the free concerts in the Village at night. The town home is furnished with everything you didn't know you needed on vacation.We loved the privacy we had. Lake Las Vegas was the perfect place for us its romantic ,beautiful and close to Las Vegas. We are already talking about doing it again soon.

Wow... What a winner!!! My wife and I had the opportunity to stay this incredible townhouse last November... We were looking for another place to “get away to” and found this web site, we just had to leave some feedback. We could of not of been more pleased with the accommodations. Only a short drive from the strip, the grand arrival feels as though we entered a new part of the world just recently discovered. The quite scenic drive through the golf courses led us up to the peaceful, beautiful community. Lake Las Vegas has it all, and this townhouse really put the exclamation point on the vacation! Just a short walk to Loews (even a shorter drive) there is world class dining as well as a small village of shops, small bars and wine tasting. After we enjoyed a night “out on the town”, we came back to the fully furnished townhouse and enjoyed a glass of wine on the master bedroom balcony. All in all, I would rarely say that anything is a sure bet in Las Vegas… but this townhouse is a sure bet!

My Girlfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we always wanted to stay at Lake Las Vegas. This townhome was the perfect idea. Nice quiet area very peaceful with in walking distance from the lake, casino, and restaurants. The townhome its self was absolutely gorgeous, what a view this home had. I highly recommend this townhome whether it is for a night,weekend or even a month. The owners are very nice. I will definitely be back.
