We are just far enough from downtown Morro Bay to give you peace and quiet(for those who enjoy strolling the tranquil beaches),yet close enough to the Embarcadero (for those who enjoy shopping, restaurants and entertainment).
We are midway between Los Angeles 4 hrs, and San Francisco 4 hrs.
Late Summer & Fall is our best time of year in Morro Bay!!!

Think fun for the whole family; The Hearst Castle is just a short 30 minutes away, searching the tide pools for seashells, horseback riding on the beach or bird watching at our beautiful wild life estuary.
If you are a wine lover you can take a wine tasting tour at one of our many world renowned wineries, and, for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses where you can hone your golfing skills for your next tournament.
Enjoy short jaunts to San Luis Obispo for shopping or Cayucos and Cambria for antiquing or live theater, or just have fun in the sun kayaking, whale watching and enjoying the breathtaking views and natural beauty of The Central Coast.
This gorgeous home is totally remodeled and furnished down to the new linens. Our home sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, (1) California King in the Hibiscus Room (Master Bedroom), (2) Queen beds in 2nd (The Rose Room) & 3rd Bedrooms (The Palm Room) and a Queen Sofa- Sleeper in the Family room. The beds are new, high end and very cozy.
Totally remodeled Hall and Master Bathrooms complete with new tiled showers, toilets, vanity and sinks. New paint and carpet throughout with a wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with granite counter-tops - Great for family reunions and gatherings. The entire home has new furnishings complete with wireless high speed DSL, 2 large flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players.
In the backyard there is a Firepit and private hot tub for your relaxation. We have a ping pong table, croquet and darts for fun. There is also an outside shower with hot water to rinse off the beach before you enter our home.
Once you get here you don't need to drive- Save $$$ on gas. This home is 3 minute walk to a very handy Trolley stop for a ride into town (The kids love this!)It has several stops along the way but ultimately will take you to the Embarcadero for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, kayaking, sport fishing, etc.... Basically you can just bring your groceries and you are all set! The Trolly season ends Labor Day and begins again next Memorial Day.
This home is great for families with kids because we are on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and great neighbors.
You will find lots of added touches that will make your stay at "The Palms" very comfortable. Little details that make you feel pampered on your vacation.

During the Fall and Winter months we request a 3 night minimum.(Except Holidays)
