This charming, historic La Jolla cottage, built in the 1920's, has been recently remodeled but has still kept its authenticity. The spacious living and dining area has hard wood floors and includes a large wood burning fire place, a flat screen TV, and a white water view. Both the couch and the oversized chair can accommodate a total of 3 for sleeping. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast nook and a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen dutch door opens to a spacious back patio with a gas grill and table and chairs. The bedroom includes a corner fireplace and a flat screen TV. The front patio has seating with the same white water view, perfect for watching the sunset.
It is located within walking distance of La Jolla Village, restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and churches. It is also just blocks north of the famous Wind n' Sea surfing beach.
This is an ideal spot if you want to see, hear, and smell the ocean!

We stayed in this cottage last Jan/Feb and so enjoyed the charm, the location is wonderful, hearing and seeing the ocean was great and being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and watch the sun set was terrific. We hope to return sometime soon.
