What a fabulous house! My girlfriends and I stayed in this house for our June golf trip and couldn't have been happier with it. 14 women can be tricky to plan for, and this house was perfect! Very clean, plenty of space for all of us (and all of our stuff) with a nice big kitchen and incredible views. The pool is beautiful and backs up to the golf course. It was fun sitting out there and watching other golfers hit into the green. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well equipped as was the BBQ area. A great trip, a great house...we will definitely back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were able to stay in this beautiful home on the Troon North Golf Course in mid-March, with a small group of friends (8 people total). The owner was extremely accommodating, even going so far as to purchase additional (plastic) wine glasses for our use, when we indicated we would love to have wine in the hot tub. We had the pool and spa heated and really enjoyed both because of the warm daytime weather and chilly nights. We had never stayed in this part of Arizona before, the views were spectacular and we had a fabulous time. The home was immaculately clean, well furnished with comfortable furniture, beds were conducive to great sleeping, and the ambience could not be beat. The sleeping areas are private enough so that, even though we were four unrelated couples, we were never uncomfortable with our proximity to one another. If we have the opportunity to stay again, we will certainly take family members, as well as friends. It was a great weekend; very relaxing and enjoyable.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Booked this home for our annual golf trip. What a great place! Perfect location on the Troon course, terrific home, plenty of space for our group of 8, clean, & with all the amenities. Fabulous way to escape the snow. We’ll be back next year!

“I knew we were going to have a problem with this house when we arrived to find plumbing problems. It then got worse when the owner told us that we were forbidden from turning the temperature in the pool and/or hot tub above 80 degrees after we paid $100/day additional for the heater. We anticipated a problem with the security deposit, so we cleaned every inch of the place. The owner then deducted $200.00 from our deposit, saying we had promised his girlfriend a job driving us around. This guy is a shyster.”
Owner response:We try our absolute best to accommodate all our guests, but after this group we will no longer allow bachelor parties to rent the home. This particular group of young men wanted a driver to chauffeur them around town, so I arranged for a friend to drive them. Unfortunately, they drank too much, went to strip clubs, and then were verbally abusive to the driver. When she refused their advances, they refused to pay her…and so it was necessary to deduct the driver’s pay of $200 from their deposit. As to their other complaints, the alleged “plumbing problem” was a minor drip from a faucet which I fixed myself within minutes of their arrival. As to the pool heat, it was heated to 82 degrees, and the spa was heated to 104...I guess they apparently wanted the whole pool heated to 104 to accommodate their shenanigans, but that was not the bargain. If you’re going to be like this group of young men, please move on to the next rental home. Thank you.
