The Chula Vista Resort is amazing and you can save 15-20% by booking through us as owners. With over $200,000,000 in renovations, there is something fabulous for everyone. This resort is the ultimate family vacation destination. Start with the 80,000 square foot Lost Rios indoor water-park. There are 13 water slides that total over 1&1/2 miles of fun. The Flyan Myan is the longest and fastest indoor water coaster in the world. Matador Mat Racers will also satisfy your need for speed to see who will be first to make the big splash. The Jungle Adventure will swirl you into a laugh attack. There is also a "Lazy River" for perfect relaxation. Kids love the "Rainforest" where the giant spilling bucket dumps 500 gallons of water onto a 50 ft. deck.

If you get hungry you can grab a burger or a sandwich or pizza at the Crash Landings Snack Bar without even leaving the water-park. On the way out stop at the mega arcade, Pesos O' Plenty. Kids of all ages will love it. Don't worry about freezing on the way back to your luxurious condo during the cold Wisconsin winters. The walk ways are completely indoors. They are beautifully decorated and always kept warm. Once you reach your condo you will probably just say "Wow".

We purchased this particular unit because it was on the top floor and offered what we thought were the most breathtaking views of the Wisconsin River and wave pool. Everything is first class and brand new. The kitchen is contemporary with stainless steel appliances including dish washer and has everything you will need. The living room is gorgeous and roomy and complimented with a stone fireplace and cable TV. My favorite is the private hot tub within your condo. How cool is that? The master bedroom has a king sized bed and your own full sized bathroom and features a stone fireplace as well. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and also has cable TV. If you still need more bed space, you can use the queen sized fold out sofa. All this, and you never feel cramped.

For your dining pleasure you can use your own kitchen or choose from the many on site restaurants including the Kaminski Brothers Chop House, the Market Fresh Buffet, Crash Landings Snack Bar, or maybe just order a pizza from Luigi's and pick it up or have it sent to your room. We love the buffet for breakfast as a treat. Great variety, fantastic food (nothing instant here)and no waiting.

  • We stayed at Chula Vista in May 2008 and enjoyed every minute. The condo is beautiful and sparkling clean. The full kitchen makes it easy to eat in if desired. The whole place is very roomy. We had 4 adults and 2 preschoolers in our party and we all had room to spread out. The condo owner is a very friendly and made the booking process painless. Our granddaughter keeps asking to go back, she had so much fun. The game room and extra activities for kids was a nice bonus. We went during the week and practically had the place to ourselves.

  • This was by far the most beautiful place that me and my family had stayed in Wisconsin!! I very highly recommend it!! We enjoyed everything, the view, the rooms were very modern, very clean, the kitchen was beautiful, the Jacuzzi was great for all of us, the water park was fabulous… everything it was PERFECT!! The owner of this condo is such a wonderful and pleasant person to work with!! Going forward, our family we always be returning to our favor place which is this condo!!

  • We stayed here at the end of April 2008 (2 adults and 2 children). It is a lovely space - clean, well maintained and just a short walk either across the parking lot or through the hotel to the indoor water park. Water park was very clean and the water much warmer than expected. We were here during a week that was spring break in NJ, but not in WI, so there were very few people during the week. Kids loved that there was no waiting in line! (We bought groceries in town but should have picked up additional coffee filters with the coffee we bought. Condo comes with the "pre-packaged coffee" and we just wanted more. -Tip: round filters, not the #4 cone ones.) Condo staff was helpful, gave us free laundry soap. Laundry just a few doors down the hall ($1.00 per load W&D). Thanks - had a great time!

  • Just stayed at this condo April 20th 2008. It was very nice, clean and suited my party of 5 adults (ages from 20s to 60) well. The water park passes are a great perk and we enjoyed the spacious floor plan of this 2 bedroom condo. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms as well. I hope to go back soon!

  • We stayed in this condo in December and it was fabulous. Everything was clean and well kept. The water park was a lot of fun. Our party was 5 adults and 4 kids age 4-7 and everyone was thrilled with the hotel waterpark and rooms. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Dells. :)

  • This condo is spectacular! Sleeps 6 very comfortably and unbelievable amenities. Chula Vista waterpark is fabulous and the owner of this condo is a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend and will be coming back in the future!! Very comfortable and roomy condo!
