This gorgeous southeast facing end-unit has the privacy of a single family home! Quiet and private. The condo overlooks Keystone Lake and is next to the Snake River in the heart of Keystone Village with paddle-boats, kayaks, canoes, ice skating and ice hockey available right outside your door. Watch the sunrise from the east facing deck while sipping your coffee and watch the sunset from the south facing deck while you relax to the sounds of the Snake River rushing past.
Although steps away from shops and restaurants, it is in a quiet secluded location offering both convenience and a true mountain experience. Keystone shuttles stop outside your door to carry you to any resort activity with a link up to the free Summit County bus service. Walking paths abound, fly-fishing is outside your door, both mountain and road bike routes are easily accessed. Enjoy the Keystone lakeside bonfires, watch the fabulous fireworks show every Saturday night 30 yards from your deck. This is the place to relax and enjoy a great mountain vacation!
High speed internet hookup is provide by way of ethernet cable or wireless throughout the condo and village. It has access to year round swimming pool, fitness center and spa.
World class skiing is just a short car or bus ride to Keystone's Mountain House or River Run base areas, Arapahoe basin and Loveland. In addition, Breckenridge and Cooper Mountain are a quick 15 to 20 minute drive away. The Keystone Conference Center and a variety of restaurants are within walking distances of the front door.

This place is beautiful! I love the view of the mountains, river & hockey rink. My son loved the frozen lake & watching the hockey games at night.
