Just checked in a few days ago... I was worried that this place may be a dump from reading one review place on website but decided to gamble and stay here....This is a VERY NICE place to stay. It is not perfect but it is a perfectly nice unit. The manager Kim said it would be and it is...she has been very nice to deal with ...I would recommend it to have a nice stay on the beach.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We rented a unit here several months ago sight unseen. Two of my brothers and their wives also rented adjacent units. Upon arrival we noticed the entrance door looked like it had been used as a training tool for burglars. The bedroom had the dresser shoved into the closet. The bed was bare except for the mattress. The bedding was tossed on the floor next to the bed. A bundle of sheets tied in a knot was found in the bedroom on the floor. The hot water heater didn't work. The bathroom has several broken light bulbs and what looked like black mole around the bath area. The dinning room chairs were falling apart as material was hanging from the underside of them. The dinning table had broken legs. The sliding glass doors had sun block film peeling away from the glass and hanging in a larger piece on the door. The sliding glass door vertical window blinds were broken and missing about 6 or 8 feet of slats, so know way you could have privacy from outside passers by. Cob webs in the ceiling two feet wide. The ceiling fan in the living room was broken and the fan blades were split and presented a safety hazard. The screen for the sliding door was off the track an sitting net to the building. The floors were filthy and some of the tile was broke and presented a hazard. The sofa was filthy and worn out. The garbage disposal was broken. The kitchen sink looked like a chicken had been killed in it.The baseboard around the front walls and windows looked like black mole and lots of damage. Because of the highness of the property from the beach (appox. 30 feet or more. I would not feel safe with small children as the drop off is straight down. We had paid for Sunday thru Sunday, but only stayed one night, Sunday night as we were too tired after driving all day to get there. We asked for our money back and was told they could NOT return our payment. We stayed the night on some linens we supplied and left the next morning. Never pay up front for a rental property, unless you see it first. Wish I had paid by credit card, or used the VBRO Vacation Rental Grantee. I filmed some of the conditions I found if you would like to see it as it was. I have been all over the world and never experienced anything like this or a rental agent who wanted us to straighten up the unit and she would send someone to fix the blinds and clean the mole the next day. I called to check the next day but the work had not been done. I do not recommend this place.
