Gorgeous non-driving New Smyrna Beach just across the street with private, deeded beach access. Condominium complex has wonderful nature trails over boardwalks and pastures as well as pool, workout room, sauna, hot tub, community grill, tennis and shuffleboard.

Unit is beautifully furnished in Floridian décor. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite countertops and tile backsplash. Each bedroom has a flat-screen LCD TV. Master bedroom has a king bed, separate sitting area, large walk-in closet and doors to balcony. Master bath is large with a jetted tub plus walk-in shower. Second bedroom has three twin beds plus walk-in closet.
