Our house is family friendly featuring two large living areas. The lower level has three bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry facilities and large recreation room, including pool table, dart board and TV with DVD player. Upper level features the master bedroom with full bathroom; large sunroom (with two futons); kitchen; and living room with TV and DVD player, and adjacent dining room. There are two large decks--one in the sun and one fully shaded.
The house is located in Timber Trails, a private gated community, part of the up-scale Lake Naomi/Timber Trails Club. It is an awarding winning residential resort with three lakes (main lake has 277 acres), seven beaches, an Olympic size lake-side swimming pool with large kiddie pool. Features also include nine-hole private golf course; 17 har-tru tennis courts; newly built recreation center with indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, fitness center, basketball court, volley ball, game room, playground, ice skating and more! The Lake-side Clubhouse features fine and casual dining, with fabulous sunsets overlooking the lake. House rental includes use of canoe.
Located just 15 minutes from Camelback, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountain. Fifteen minutes from the Crossings Shopping Outlets; and fifteen minutes from Mt. Airy Casino!
