We rented this unit for 6 weeks, Jan./Feb. 2011. It was every thing that was listed on VRBO and more. It was very clean and tasetfully decorated. Linens and,bedding , mattresses and pillows were top of the line. In the kitchen, all appliances were clean and worked. Extras in the kitchen cupards made it look like our home. There was cleaning solutions, for the kitchen and bathrooms and washers to get you started. The gated community was clean, with easy access to the pool area, club house, and exercise room, all within 3 minutes walking. Tenants and vacationers were all very friendly and willing to help and share their experiences with you. With in a 5 mimute walk [seniors] their is a shopping mall, large chain grocery store, restaurants, drugstore,bank, and for the wife, a hair stylist shop. Two major malls within 15 minutes driving. Area is very safe for walking in the evening.. Excellent location to start your day with easy access to all major roads and attractions.
