Location: Angel Fire, New Mexico, USA (3 hours from Albuquerque, 30 minutes from Taos)
Accommodations: Cabin, 4 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10)
Keywords: Cabin
Very nice cabin on one acre in the woods that backs up to state land that is accessible for hiking and biking. Not a house in a neighborhood like most of Angel Fire, but a cabin on the mountain with fantastic views and only glimpses of neighbors. Peaceful and secluded, yet only five minutes from all the amenities of town.
Upstairs are the kitchen, dining and living areas, two bedrooms (each with a full bed) and two bathrooms. Downstairs are two bedrooms (one with a full bed and one with two sets of twin bunks), a bathroom with washer and dryer, and a two car garage. The upstairs deck offers fantastic views of the Moreno Valley and unbelievable sunsets.
The cabin is perfect for families, with space for the kids as well as adults. Satellite TV, books, and games are available.
Summer offers mild temperatures for all the nearby activities: golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, and fishing. Winter offers downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, sledding, tubing, and snowmobiling. Angel Fire Ski Resort is five miles away. Taos Ski Resort is one hour away, as is Red River Ski Resort.
I'm sure you will enjoy our cabin as much as we do!

We have stayed at Kelle's cabin twice (one week in October, one in May) and absolutely LOVE it. It is a great family getaway spot, in close proximity to any necessities and the luxuries of the resort village in Angel Fire. The cabin truly feels like home, very clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Instructions for check-in and check-out are clear and concise and reasonable. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware and ample space for bringing in your own food/meals to make it a home-away-from-home for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious and provided more than enough comfort and room for our family of 8. While at the cabin, we enjoy family hikes, fires in the wood stove, sitting out on the deck, playing games and watching movies in the comfort of the living room, surrounded by windows open to the terrific mountain views. We HIGHLY recommend staying here and cannot wait until our next getaway! We plan to make it a frequent event for us!

Cabin in the snow!!

Just our family of 4 stayed here. The kids were downstairs in bunk beads (they both got a top bunk!) and my husband and I were upstairs. We loved being able to park in a garage and not have to scrape snow & ice off. We had a great time sledding out back, too. I was glad we had a 4 wheel drive though since Angel Fire had been dumped with snow.

This cabin is really great, it was clean and well taken care of and pet friendly. It's got a nice large upstairs deck to enjoy the views from and cook out. It's furnished with pretty much anything you could need in the kitchen and bath areas. The layout of the cabin is great....there were 11 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. It's got stairs inside and out, but if you bring a gate for the top of the stairs (there is a door at the bottom) like we did it will keep the smaller kids safe. It's location is perfect....it's at the end of the road so you've got privacy, but you really are only minutes from Angel Fire. The driveway is great for sledding if your looking for some adventure at the cabin.....the Polar Coaster at the resort is pretty great too!! Kelly, the owner, was great to work with on getting the rental set up. We would definately rent this property again!!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing in this home. Our family enjoyed the quiet setting and large, beautiful home nestled in the trees. Our teenagers had fun staying in the bunk bed area downstairs! We enjoyed hiking in Angel Fire. We went rafting in nearby Taos and jeep riding in Red River; both trips within an hour drive. We definitely recommend this cabin and hope to stay here again on another vacation.
