Our completely renovated 1,255 sf condo has just been upgraded with the very best materials of the highest standards. The all new bathrooms are equipped with new cabinets, top of the line Grohe fixtures, with multiple head showers in both marble and glass shower enclosures. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room, off the kitchen.

We love seeing the water. Our home is on an island on the bay between downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. In addition to the beautiful water views from our condo, we enjoy these views continuously when driving. Additionally, I enjoy fishing in the bay in our back yard.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our development is like a small town. People are friendly and welcoming. Our guests have enjoyed the same experience. Golf is arranged at least twice a week which allows the golfer a chance to play with his neighbors. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to own at Isla Del Sol.

We have stayed in this condominiums for three winters and enthusiastically recommend it. The unit has been renovated and has up-dated kitchen and baths. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, and completely equipped. The view of Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom is unbeatable. The location is convenient to highways, beaches, and restaurants. The owners, George and Becky and pleasant to deal with. You'll find nothing comparable.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This condominium is beautifully furnished and completely equipped. Everything in the unit is top quality. It has a fabulous view and a convenient location. We have rented in the St. Pete area for several years, and have found nothing to compare with this unit which has everything that a renter would hope to find, and more. The owners, George and Becky, are friendly, and pleasant to deal with.

We stayed here in March 2008 and it was a wonderful experience. This is NOT your typical rental unit. The pictures and description do not begin to describe the beauty, spaciousness and convenience of this condo. The furnishings and appliances are all top quality. Very peaceful area and still just a few minute drive to both St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg. The office and wifi internet connection allowed us to keep up with our work committments and still enjoy our daily "sun time" by the pool overlooking the bay! George and Becky are gracious landlords and have provided everything needed for a great vacation stay!
