Welcome to our beautiful 6th floor condo in the popular La Palapa Condominiums, located right on Los Muertos Beach. We hope you enjoy the spectacular views and will be very comfortable in our completely remodeled condo!
We are located in the heart of the "Old Town" where you are within walking distance to any of the wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes and much more. Relax at the rooftop pool and enjoy a 360' view of the ocean and surrounding mountains.
La Palapa is a secure building with front desk services, an attendant 24/7, an elevator and maid service six days a week. No need to do any cleaning or dishes. The beds will be made daily and fresh towels/sheets provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, blender, toaster, cold bottled water dispenser, and all utensils.
The condo has two air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool. New mattresses and furniture were also added as part of the remodel for your comfort.

I always stay in the Zona Romantica, and have stayed next door to La Palapa at the Emperadore 3 times. I've looked across balconies and thought the condo's looked nice, and I was right. Very clean, separate bathrooms, ceiling fans galore to keep the air moving and comfortable, even on the deck. Really enjoyed the stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

It is a beautiful apartment. Good location near restaurants, bars, boutiques and a sea view and city. The apartment is great, very comfortable and has a large terrace with breathtaking views. The daily cleaning service is excellent. After our fifth vacation in Puerto Vallarta, we can say that this is the best apartment we have rented.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My best friend and I have been to Puerto Vallarta three times prior to staying at this condo. We wanted to explore this part of town, so we wanted to stay in the Romantic Zone area. This condo was perfect for our needs with the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful balcony area and a secure feel at the condo itself. Also a very nice pool on the rooftop, and this condo was closely located to the pool. This is now our new favorite area of Puerto Vallarta, with everything we needed close by. Would highly recommend this condo and we will keep it in mind for future use.

This condo met our expectations perfectly! We have always loved the quaintness of old Puerto Vallarta as opposed to the sterile homogeneous atmosphere of the all inclusive resorts, however, over the years it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find accommodation in this area that feels bright, fresh, clean and cared for. Most of the hotels now need a major overhaul to bring them up to acceptable standards. On that note, we feel that this condo was a find! It is in the perfect location on Los Muertos Beach as well as being in the heart of all the great restaurants and shops. The condo itself was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely separated to offer individual comfort and privacy. It was also meticulously clean and spacious and we loved starting our mornings drinking coffee or ending our late afernoons having cocktails on the large patio overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a more authentic holiday in Puerto Vallarta but are not willing to compromise comfort or cleanliess to be in this location.
