  Beautiful condo, great location, excellent service. Each day we had our morning coffees on the terrace, while enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean and slowly awaking to the sound of gentle ocean waves breaking on the beach... We loved the key lime pie at Cafe Ole and ceviche at Gringo Dave's (this bar, overlooking the dolphin lagoon, is within a very short walk from the condo, great fresh seafood!!!) Thanks Karen & Roman, this was our best vacation ever.

  We stayed at this Amazing location for 12 days in March 2013. Have a lot of good things to say, but limited amount of characters allowed for review. Thank you Karen, Roman, Andy and Gina for the information, help and super fast response to any questions! Excellent location, photos are close but don't do justice. It's very clean, spacious, well-kept with gorgeous views and relaxing atmosphere. No need to bring your own towels or other bulky items like hair-dryers, etc. They have iron, toilet paper, paper towels, clean drinking water, garbage bags enough for the duration of your stay! The complex is like a mini-town. The territory is secure and there is an additional security post at the entrance to Chac-Hal-Al. No need to get up in the morning to "secure" the chair on the beach. They are always available. The beach is somewhat private and only residents are using the chairs. Very picturesque location, great for little kids, calm waters, no under-currents, clear water, mainly sandy bottom. Reef is a very short swim away for those who like snorkelling. Local attractions are a short drive away: 15 min. south to Akumal to snorkel with turtles; 30 min. south to Tulum ruins; etc. Taxi parking are 1 min. walk from the condo. It costs 50 pesos one way to the local big supermarket. Then you wait by the entrance, taxi drives up to take you back. If you have small kids/ looking for some quiet time, you don't have to leave the resort, everything is there (mini grocery store with decent prices), a few ATMs, money exchange, mini shops, restaurants,marina... Children loved swimming with dolphins (it's right on the premises). What a therapy to walk around and watch them play and jump in the water. The beach is raked every morning, the pool is a few steps away. Windows from master bedroom and living room have an ocean-view, windows from the 2nd bedroom overlook the green yard. Air-conditioning works (we didn't have to use it at all with a nice breeze through open windows). Had a minor maintenance issue with a window lock, but Andy was there right away and took care of it in no time. Some reviews stated that kitchen was small. NO, big enough to fix meals and drinks, everything works, plates, pots, pans, plastic dishes and cups in case you want to take something out to the beach. You don't really go on vacation to cook much! There are at least 20 different restaurants, make sure you have enough cash (either US or pesos).Credit cards are still a pain there! Have fun!

  Wow! What a great vacation. Great location on the best beach in PA. 5 minute walk to lots of great dining. Definitely would stay here again. Karen, Gina and Andy were fantastic to work with. Thanks for a fantastic vacation.

  Our family of four adults and two small children have spent this New Year's week at the delightful beachfront two bedroom condo in Chac Hal Al. We were treated to mariachis playing just below our balcony and watching the pinata-breaking and fireworks at midnight. It was great fun to witness the Mexican celebration which was a bit different from the more sedate U.S.A. version of dinner and dancing at a nightclub, which we are used to. The condo was very comfortable, with excellent beds and bedding, lots of dvd's and books to read. You can not ask for a better location, with the marina and all the restaurants half a block away. There are many lounges and lots of shade available on the sandy beach. The security staff is very aware of who comes and goes, even in the gated community, so we really felt safe here.   THANK YOU ROMAN. the first sign of a good vacation is a responsive owner and manager ( thank you Gina) Location Location Location!!!! Had a wonderful time great condo. The place had new bathrooms and a new kitchen and was very clean and safe. Right in front of the beach and within walking distance to all restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the Mayan riviera. Its one hour south of the airport and convenient to other locations ( Tulum, chitchen itza) We rented a car to see some of the other sights but if you just want to hang in Puerto Adventuras you dont need one there is plenty to do there.

  This property was very clean and true to the discription. There were no surprises. Myself and three girl friends stayed here for one week and we will definitely be back. I have stayed in many privately own condos in Mexico and I can say I have enjoyed them all but, this condo has a great location and the beach was so peaceful. No large crashing waves so you can actually walk out a long ways and you can snorkel right there. We could see turtle heads popping up! The gated community was great. We felt very safe. The taxis are right there. It cost us $6.00 to go to the grocery store and $15.00 to go to Playa Del Carman. We could of taken the bus for less but we prefer taxis. We didn't have to leave the gated community to eat, drink, swim with the dolphins or take a trip on a Cameraman. Everything is truly in walking distance! If I had to say something negative I would say the living area is small. Two small couches and the kitchen is also small. With that said I will also say we spent very little time inside so for us it was not a problem.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My husbdand, our daughter, her husband and our 2 grand children passed a wonderful week in your condo. This condo is beautiful, very clean and situated in a perfect location with the sand and the sea at our feet. Thank you for the possibility to have this opportunity. As mentioned, swin with dolphins is at 1 or 2 minutes walking and our grand children appreciated it so much. Merci encore nous avons passé une magnifique semaine !

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Dear Karen and Roman, Thank you for having us as your guests, our vacation in Puerto Aventuras was one of best travel experiences we`ve ever had. The amazing little resort town of PA, your beautiful condo and great sunny weather made our January vacation just perfect, a month spent in paradise.   Liebe Karen und Roman ! Dieser Urlaub -war das schönste was uns pasieren konnte. Die wunderschöne Wohnung, Ort und Wetter haben zusammen perfekter Urlaub im Januar gemacht und wir haben den Himmel auf der Erde erlebt. Wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder und hoffen, daß wir immer in dieser Zeit bei Euch Platz finden. Nochmal vielen, vielen Dank !

  Costa Blanca sits literally 20 meters from the beach. The Condo was clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. It is a 3rd floor condo with an upstairs master loft, so there are a lot of stairs to climb. The manager made us very comfortable and was very friendly with tips on what to do and see. He even arranged in home massages that were the best we have ever had! This is a great place to stay and there are many places to eat within a 3 minute walk. Lot's of activities to do there. Scuba, snorkeling, sport fishing, relaxing on the beach. Nightlife at one of the many local restaraunts almost all have live music playing. Very friendly place. The Beach is cleaned daily and is very nice white sand. There is a reef just out from the condo about 200 meters or so and has some nice snorkeling or diving. Turtles are common here as well. Don't forget swimming with the Dolphins too! Playa del carmen is an easy taxi ride away for more shopping, wilder night life, and more restaurants. I would recommend stopping in Playa del carmen at Walmart or a grocery store to get snacks and breakfast stuff, then eating at the restaraunts in the evening. We had a great time and we plan to return again sometime in the fall. We would very highly recommend Costa Blanca!
