Our lovely Creekwatch villa is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the tidal marsh, located off of Captain Sam's Creek. There are two bedrooms each with a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom, accessed via spiral staircase, has two twin beds. We've provided a high quality air-mattress and linens, for extra guests.
The living areas on the lower level, have hardwood flooring and the dinning room seats six comfortably. The tile floored kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans and comes with an initial supply of paper products and detergents. You can relax and watch the herons and egrets from the deck and dine on the screened porch.
The Creekwatch pool, the community crabbing/fishing dock and boat-ramp are free for you to use, and only a short walk under the live oaks. Seabrook Island is an ancient maritime forest surrounded by over three miles of beautiful, wide, sand beaches. All beaches are open to every one on the island and are accessed by boardwalks over the dunes. Explore and discover your favorite beach; all are a short drive or easy bike ride away.
There are also two championship golf courses; a tennis club featuring 14 Har Tru Courts; a fitness and recreation center, and an equestrian center.
Boat-rentals, jet-skiing, kayaking, and fishing-charters, can be found at the nearby Bohicket Marina, along with shops and restaurants. Freshfields Village, at the circle between Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island, also has shops and a nice variety of restaurants. Newton Farms, located in the village, is a convenient and well stocked grocery where you can find everything from the basic necessities, to fresh-produce, wine and special gourmet treats.
Our Creekwatch villa is the perfect place to relax, but if you really can't leave the world behind, there is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. We've also added wireless internet to our DSL service and we have good cell-phone reception.

Why the Owner Chose Creek Watch Villas
We chose Seabrook Island for it's proximity to Charleston and the Charleston airport; for the natural setting of it's interior and the beautiful beaches; for the quite and relaxed atmosphere and lack of commercial development. Also because of the weather; much of the time, it's pretty warm and sunny, while Vermont freezes.
