  My family loved this place! I booked this unit because I had family coming from out of state. And coming from a local, this was a very nice unit... huge balconies, lots of seating, great decor, awesome view, indoor pools, everything we needed to cook, and close to many great restaurants!!! The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely rent it again!

  We have truly enjoyed every second of our time here & actually dreading check out tomorrow..haha! Condo was very spacious, clean, & has very comfortable beds. Dee has been a pleasure to work with & willing to help answer any questions or fix any problems. Already planning another trip!! Thanks again for help making our family vacation wonderful!!

  Condo was very spacious, clean and beds were very comfy. It was well supplied with anything you would want on a vacation. The balcony view of the open water was something to look forward to every morning. The resort itself was nice and the parking spot in the garage was a few steps from the elevator. Dee was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. My wife easily made her way around the spacious kitchen and my kids had a blast. My parents found the condo very relaxing and were sad when it was time to go. I would definitely stay here in the future.

  We have lived and vacationed all over Florida for over 30 years and also own and rent property. In our opinion the accomodations were fair. The major issues we had were not necessarily due to the fault of the owner but the maintenance of Caribe itself. We were awakened every morning at 6:30 am by a very loud garbage truck that picks up garbage almost directly below the unit. The bedroom closest to the front entrance was always loud and light due to the elevators. The layout of Caribe is extremely difficult to navigate. There was no easy way to access the pools and lazy river. This made going to and from very difficult and locating children even more difficult. The pools however were very nice but COLD. The kids did not want to swim in the outside pools and therefore were always wanting to go indoors. This is frustrating as a parent because the weather was beautiful and you wanted to be outside. The only problem we had with the unit was the toilets did not flush properly or ran constanlty. The lighting was very dark and most light bulbs and lamps did not work including the ceiling fan light in the living room. The kitchen was wonderful. It provided a large prep area and great appliances. I might suggest some additional larger coffee mugs and plastic glasses for children. The area itself was not crowded and very easy to get from one place to another quickly. The area has plenty of retaurants but plan on waiting at least an hour for most. I highly recommend Lulus for all. Waiting is half the fun there! This area is very nice and not over crowded. It is great for family's with children of all ages.

  Owner response: I hate to hear that anyone has had less than a 5 star visit to our condo. We will certainly address any light bulbs or fixtures that are not working properly, any maintenance issues just need to be reported to the owner any time during the stay and we will make sure that it is corrected. We have also noticed that a map might make the huge resort a little more user friendly, I will see if that is something that we can offer in our unit. We own and manage our own unit and take any request or critiques very seriously and will address these issues. Thanks again

  We had a great time at the condo. Everything was in great condition and the beds were super comfortable! Like sleeping in a cloud!

  We had an absolutely beautiful week! Perfect weather while our home town was 7 days of storms and rain! We had plenty of room for us and all of our kids; ages 2-14. There was something for every age at the resort and local area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, we had plenty of bath towels and pillows (which we don't always find at condos). The bed? Maybe we were just really tired, I don't know, but it was SUPER comfy! Great view of the beach too. I don't know if there's a bad view in the whole place. And the assigned parking spot is really close to the doors, so that was a plus!

  This is a great condo...and renting from the owner was easy and a great experience. I had 4 teenagers and the pools and lazy river kept them outside all day long. This is a great condo.. close to parking and elevators... very nicely decorated...and I will most certainly want to rent from Dee again in the future. Just a great place. Oh and the view is of the gulf.. which I thought was very nice. This place is close to everything!!! Considering renting this condo for sure!!!

  Hi Dee. We LOVED your condo!!! Everything was so nice and well stocked! We had two girls that really liked the twin bedroom. All of the beds were extra comfortable and the complex was wonderful! We swam in the pool, but it was sooo cold. It felt like they had iced it down each morning but we enjoyed it anyway. Thanks again for the late checkout. That really made a difference when we got ready to leave. We will definetly consider your condo the next time we come down.
