Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, just one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border, Caribe offers distinct waterfront views and immediate access to the area’s boating, fishing (on shore and deep sea), shopping, and dining attractions. Just outside the gates, you will find amusement parks and dolphin sight seeing boat trips for the kids; deep sea fishing and top-caliber golf courses for dad; shopping at unique local stores or the outlet mall in Foley for mom; and, of course, the miles and miles of sugar white sand beaches.
Located on the Fourth floor of Building C, our unique and professionally decorated unit offers 9 foot ceilings including stainless steel appliances and a Jacuzzi brand master bath suite which features a full body "car wash" shower and jetted tub.
We have a gourmet kitchen with state of the art stainless steel Kitchenaid architect series appliances including a 42" side by side refrigerator, 36" electric cook top, 30" double oven with microwave with a convection cooking system for our serious chefs plus a warming drawer. Our 11 foot granite countertop features a Kitchenaid sink and bar for four. Our freestanding wet bar has a Kitchenaid ice machine that will make 50 pounds of ice in 24 hours, plus a climate control 60 bottle wine cooler. We have a separate laundry room with our own Kitchenaid ensemble system washer and dryer and laundry room sink.

We had an absolutely beautiful week! Perfect weather while our home town was 7 days of storms and rain! We had plenty of room for us and all of our kids; ages 2-14. There was something for every age at the resort and local area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, we had plenty of bath towels and pillows (which we don't always find at condos). The bed? Maybe we were just really tired, I don't know, but it was SUPER comfy! Great view of the beach too. I don't know if there's a bad view in the whole place. And the assigned parking spot is really close to the doors, so that was a plus!

This is a great condo...and renting from the owner was easy and a great experience. I had 4 teenagers and the pools and lazy river kept them outside all day long. This is a great condo.. close to parking and elevators... very nicely decorated...and I will most certainly want to rent from Dee again in the future. Just a great place. Oh and the view is of the gulf.. which I thought was very nice. This place is close to everything!!! Considering renting this condo for sure!!!

Hi Dee. We LOVED your condo!!! Everything was so nice and well stocked! We had two girls that really liked the twin bedroom. All of the beds were extra comfortable and the complex was wonderful! We swam in the pool, but it was sooo cold. It felt like they had iced it down each morning but we enjoyed it anyway. Thanks again for the late checkout. That really made a difference when we got ready to leave. We will definetly consider your condo the next time we come down.
