Casa de Amigos is a spacious, uniquely designed property that was recently renovated to maximize the vacation experience for larger groups. The house boasts several living spaces for multiple activities yet maintains an open, interactive floorplan for the ease of group communication. Its two separate living rooms, accessible from any room in the house, have their own televisions with DVD and VHS players, plus a central stereo with CD player. You may also curl up with a good book undisturbed while other group members cook dinner or watch a movie.
The floorplan includes four bedroom suites – all conveniently positioned off the two main living areas. Each bedroom has its own internal bathroom, providing exceptional privacy from the rest of the group. All bathrooms have tiled showers and separate vanities. Three bedrooms have king-size beds with premium luxury mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed plus a set of twin bunks (affectionately called “the kids room”). All bedrooms have separate AC units and ceiling fans. Three of the four rooms have TV with cable.
The kitchen is the perfect gathering place for any time of day. Fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and oven, it provides all the modern conveniences of home. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar, plus an additional seating for six at the dinette area.
