It is a minutes walk to popular Emek Refaim street, with its numerous restaurants, shops, cafes, bank, and post office. As well as a few minutes to Derek Beit Lehem with additional quaint shops, cafes, butcher, fresh fruit and vegetable stand, etc. Less than a half hour stroll to the Old City, Western Wall and the Promenade with its spectacular view of Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Theatre, Jerusalem Pool, Cinemateque, the Lab, the Bell Park, the new Mamila mall all within short walking distances.

The apartment has been beautifully decorated and equipped with only high end items. It is quiet with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, good lighting, private parking and a communal garden available for building your sukkah! The kitchen is fully kosher equipped for meat and dairy, with all necessary amenities for Sabbath observance. A WiFi wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, washer, dryer and dishwasher are provided to make your stay convenient and pleasant.

The bedrooms all contain closets for hanging as well as either a dresser or shelves for personal items. The mattresses are all firm and new. Bedside lamps for night time reading. In addition to the central A/C unit, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and mosquito netting on all windows.
