Seventh floor piece of paradise!! This condominium is 2800 square feet of 5 star luxury living in Playa Royale overlooking the meticulously groomed gardens with beautiful beach and ocean view. There are two master bedroom suites, each with a king size bed opening onto balconies with spectacular views, plus a third bedroom with two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a full ensuite with either a marble tiled shower or bathtub. There are four glass sliding patio doors that open onto a huge wrap-around balcony and wet bar. The balcony is furnished with four loungers and two patio sets where you can sit back, relax and enjoy an amazing sunset in the evening. Another glass sliding patio door accesses a private balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains and distant view of Puerto Vallarta.
The views from this condominium are so beautiful you won't want to leave. If you choose to cook, there is a great kitchen equipped with stainless steel full-size appliances (fridge with ice-maker, range, microwave and dishwasher) as well as all kitchen accessories required. The suite also features an elegant dining room, living room with an additional sofa bed (for those extra family members wanting to join you) and in-home laundry facilities.
This tastefully decorated suite is located in an exclusive, high-end, gated resort community of Playa Royale. This condo project was built by the Paradise Village Group in Nuevo Vallarta where it is quiet and beach space is easy to come by. In fact, you can enjoy over 30 miles of sandy beach along the Bay of Banderas.
The large outdoor pool and hot tub are for registered guests of Playa Royale only and provide you with some much needed quiet time. There is also a large well-equipped kiddy pool.
Your rental fee will include a mid-week housekeeping service and a final post check-out cleaning so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy. Towel and linen service is also provided by the building's housekeeping department.
Looking for some fun? The amenities are almost too numerous to mention. For an optional one time Social Club fee of $75 US per family/group (of up to five people), you can enjoy access to the incredible activities within the resort. You can golf at the 18-hole championship golf course--El Tigre (golf fees extra) or work out at the new 14-million dollar fitness and sports centre. Here you can lane swim, take a fitness class or play tennis, racquetball or basketball. The kids can enjoy yet another kiddy pool and activity centre equipped with bouncy houses and park equipment. Or if you'd rather, feel free to relax and play shuffleboard or bocce ball or relax in the hot tub or sauna. This fee also gives you access to the exclusive Playa Royale Beach Club where palapas await you, your sunscreen and a good book.
There are also nearby water-sports activities available such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and other water adventures. Boogie boards and beach towels will be provided at Playa Royale for Social Club members using the beach club facilities.
Not into sweating it out while on vacation? Then a trip to the shopping mall, an appointment at one of three spas, a trip into Puerto Vallarta via taxi, bus, or water taxi, or an excursion with one of the many local tour companies may be the answer. Try a Dolphin Adventure where you can interact and swim with dolphins (this activity a must to try once). There is a free shuttle service provided every half hour to the sports club, golf club, etc. for transportation needs within the gates of the community.
Want a break from cooking? Then try one of the many fabulous restaurants located nearby. The shopping mall contains over a dozen food venues. Try some Japanese sushi, enjoy the tastes of Italy, Brazil and Mexico or feast on fabulous seafood. You can be far less adventurous and visit McDonald's, Sub-Way or Domino's Pizza. You will find many more world class restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. Enjoy a piece of Paradise!

A Truly Exclusive, Luxurious, FABULOUS Condo at Incredible Property and Surroundings!

The condo, property and surrounds are everything as described, AND MORE! From the easy booking to the quick and easy check-in, we were living large in this fully appointed and equipped condo. It's BIG with three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms -- plus it has a HUGE wrap-around (2 sides) deck! The view is magnificent -- overlooking the manicured property and the ocean. We would celebrate each glorious sunset on the deck and then head out to one of the many restaurants nearby. The living was great at this condo! The property is part of a high-end complex that features meticulously maintained grounds and unobtrusive security. Purchases at other properties (hotels) around the complex are cash-less -- simply charged to your room! You'll need cash or credit card for the other restaurants and stores that are close by though. What really makes this place special is that is EXCLUSIVE. You live like the owner! It's much quieter than a hotel because it's just not as busy. There's no fighting over chairs around the pool. There's no "riff-raff", just nice people that are owners here or people like us who make like we're owners here! You can exit through the locked gate to the beach and stroll for miles. You'll see other properties and come back to appreciate the exclusive serenity of this place. The professional staff are very accommodating and add to the sense of confidence in being there. The condo is beautifully appointed and has all the creature comforts. We wanted for nothing. The WiFi and free internet phone were great bonuses to stay in touch. A fully featured kitchen and laundry meant that we were self-sufficient! The condo was a wonderful place to be and share time. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Give yourself a promotion to the good life and enjoy! We did! And we'll be back!! T h a n k s for the great experience!

We stayed at the condo in March and it was AMAZING!!!! We sat out on the deck every morning and evening and saw the most incredible sunsets and sunrise's. There was so much room in the condo we all had our own space and it was so clean and nicley decorated. I would definatley recommend this property to any age group as there is lots of activities close by to choose from. I can't say enough about this property I can't wait to go back a MUST SEE for sure!!!

I can't say enough good things about our holiday here. The Condo was amazing. It was spacious with bright and vibrant colors through the living area, very tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We sat on the patio furniture on the balcony almost every night watching the sunset in the horizon and the beautiful ocean below and the many beautiful palm trees and pools below. We definitely rate the Playa Royale a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend it for a relaxing, funfilled holiday for couples, families or groups.

The unit is exactly as described and the pictures while accurate understate how clean, well kept and large the unit is. The location is perfect as it is a 10 minute walk to shops, groceries and restaurants. We drink the water out of the tap and the food and service in the restaurants is some of the best I've experienced. If you want to cook, you can take a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Walmart where you can buy your groceries and liquor. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and my family has not stopped talking about when we can go back again. Playa Royal is one of the nicest, properties on the beach and the staff are super friendly. The area is very safe and my wife walks alone regularly to the shopping centre. The beach is fantastic and the water is warm. The grounds and common areas of the property are pristine. You can set up a credit account upon check-in and charge drinks & food available at the beach club bar at Playa Royale and other Paradise villiage affiliated properties in the area so there is no need to carry a wallet on most outings. We have a familiy of 5 - a teenager and 5 & 7 year olds so the space is great for longer stays. We can't say enough good things about the area and the property and can't wait to go back. The owners have been great to deal with. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great family beach holiday.

We thouroghly enjoyed the security, peacefulness, and beauty of the condo and its amenities. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff of Playa Royal was unique. They made us feel at home and that we belonged. The condo was spotless and the property and grounds were in excellent condition. There are several great restaurants within walking distance including theme nights (Mexican, Western, etc.) and a Sunday brunch at the golf club where the food was outstanding. If you didn't feel like walking there was a suttlle bus available to take you to and from the restaurants. There is a modern shopping center about a block and a half from the property where you can find all the essentials.We would strongly recommend this property to everyone including our family and friends.

We stayed at this fabulous condo over Christmas Holidays with our two boys and my in laws. Property was imaculate and check in easy. Photo's are axactly what you get... but do not do the view justice! The condo is perfect and the complex is safe, close to everything you need for an awesome vacation.We have been to Paradise Village 6 x times now and we will keep coming back to Playa Royale. It is much quieter ( no need to get up at 6am to get a pool chair) than the hotel at Paradise Village! Lots of restaurants, grocery and snack food close by. Fabulous pool side and beach drink and lunch service. IF you go say hello to Yvetth... she is a darling! You can walk on the beach for miles, beach side shopping but not pushy. Guys are great on the beach for parasailing and seadoo's. Check out the Turtle program on the beach. All in all you will not be disapointed in this condo.
