  Excellent condo in every way. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. The place is outfitted with cable tv and international phone. Could not be happier with our choice of this condo for our vacation.

  We stayed in this unit in November of 2012. This is a lovely condo and the photos are accurate as to what to expect, although they do not reflect how large and spacious the condo actually is. The bedrooms are all large with plenty of closet space, there is a huge pantry off of the kitchen, and the deck is immense with a wonderful ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to prepare meals in. Ability to do in house laundry was also an added bonus. The condo unit and building were very clean and well-kept and helped to make you feel at home immediately. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well maintained and it is a very attractive property. Things we enjoyed: -Good location and a short walk or shuttle ride to everything we needed, including shopping, groceries, golf and restaurants. -Safety of the property -Sunday Brunch at the golf course restaurant was excellent. -Inexpensive taxi rides to additional restaurants at marina. -Lots of space with no need to save chairs or loungers as there plenty always available at any time of day. -Wonderful pools and a great beach location with great staff service at both. -Meeting owners and other visitors who welcomed us warmly. -Free internet and phone in unit. -Golf at El Tigre golf course. -Turtle release on the beach Working with the owner was very easy and we would highly recommend this unit and we hope to return ourselves someday soon.

  The condo, property and surrounds are everything as described, AND MORE! From the easy booking to the quick and easy check-in, we were living large in this fully appointed and equipped condo. It's BIG with three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms -- plus it has a HUGE wrap-around (2 sides) deck! The view is magnificent -- overlooking the manicured property and the ocean. We would celebrate each glorious sunset on the deck and then head out to one of the many restaurants nearby. The living was great at this condo! The property is part of a high-end complex that features meticulously maintained grounds and unobtrusive security. Purchases at other properties (hotels) around the complex are cash-less -- simply charged to your room! You'll need cash or credit card for the other restaurants and stores that are close by though. What really makes this place special is that is EXCLUSIVE. You live like the owner! It's much quieter than a hotel because it's just not as busy. There's no fighting over chairs around the pool. There's no "riff-raff", just nice people that are owners here or people like us who make like we're owners here! You can exit through the locked gate to the beach and stroll for miles. You'll see other properties and come back to appreciate the exclusive serenity of this place. The professional staff are very accommodating and add to the sense of confidence in being there. The condo is beautifully appointed and has all the creature comforts. We wanted for nothing. The WiFi and free internet phone were great bonuses to stay in touch. A fully featured kitchen and laundry meant that we were self-sufficient! The condo was a wonderful place to be and share time. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Give yourself a promotion to the good life and enjoy! We did! And we'll be back!! T h a n k s for the great experience!

  We stayed at the condo in March and it was AMAZING!!!! We sat out on the deck every morning and evening and saw the most incredible sunsets and sunrise's. There was so much room in the condo we all had our own space and it was so clean and nicley decorated. I would definatley recommend this property to any age group as there is lots of activities close by to choose from. I can't say enough about this property I can't wait to go back a MUST SEE for sure!!!

  I can't say enough good things about our holiday here. The Condo was amazing. It was spacious with bright and vibrant colors through the living area, very tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We sat on the patio furniture on the balcony almost every night watching the sunset in the horizon and the beautiful ocean below and the many beautiful palm trees and pools below. We definitely rate the Playa Royale a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend it for a relaxing, funfilled holiday for couples, families or groups.

  This is the second stay at this beautiful condo. It was extreamly relaxing. Everything was clean and proper. Excellent value! The staff were amazing! Will be back for a third time I am sure!

  The unit is exactly as described and the pictures while accurate understate how clean, well kept and large the unit is. The location is perfect as it is a 10 minute walk to shops, groceries and restaurants. We drink the water out of the tap and the food and service in the restaurants is some of the best I've experienced. If you want to cook, you can take a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Walmart where you can buy your groceries and liquor. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and my family has not stopped talking about when we can go back again. Playa Royal is one of the nicest, properties on the beach and the staff are super friendly. The area is very safe and my wife walks alone regularly to the shopping centre. The beach is fantastic and the water is warm. The grounds and common areas of the property are pristine. You can set up a credit account upon check-in and charge drinks & food available at the beach club bar at Playa Royale and other Paradise villiage affiliated properties in the area so there is no need to carry a wallet on most outings. We have a familiy of 5 - a teenager and 5 & 7 year olds so the space is great for longer stays. We can't say enough good things about the area and the property and can't wait to go back. The owners have been great to deal with. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great family beach holiday.

  We thouroghly enjoyed the security, peacefulness, and beauty of the condo and its amenities. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff of Playa Royal was unique. They made us feel at home and that we belonged. The condo was spotless and the property and grounds were in excellent condition. There are several great restaurants within walking distance including theme nights (Mexican, Western, etc.) and a Sunday brunch at the golf club where the food was outstanding. If you didn't feel like walking there was a suttlle bus available to take you to and from the restaurants. There is a modern shopping center about a block and a half from the property where you can find all the essentials.We would strongly recommend this property to everyone including our family and friends.

  We stayed at this fabulous condo over Christmas Holidays with our two boys and my in laws. Property was imaculate and check in easy. Photo's are axactly what you get... but do not do the view justice! The condo is perfect and the complex is safe, close to everything you need for an awesome vacation.We have been to Paradise Village 6 x times now and we will keep coming back to Playa Royale. It is much quieter ( no need to get up at 6am to get a pool chair) than the hotel at Paradise Village! Lots of restaurants, grocery and snack food close by. Fabulous pool side and beach drink and lunch service. IF you go say hello to Yvetth... she is a darling! You can walk on the beach for miles, beach side shopping but not pushy. Guys are great on the beach for parasailing and seadoo's. Check out the Turtle program on the beach. All in all you will not be disapointed in this condo.
