This one bedroom condominium is located on the third floor in Expedition Station, just yards away from the NEW gondola and chair-lift, restaurants, shops, etc. It is beautifully and warmly decorated, offering you a homey environment in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. Our unit has a flat screen HDTV, DVD, and is located on the "quiet side" of River Run Village for a great night's rest! If you are too tired to go out for dinner, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. We have provided everything you need to feel like you are at "home".
This condominium has FREE wireless internet, a year round heated swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, exercise/fitness room, steam room, plus location, location, location as its best amenity. Most important - the VIEW from the condo is spectacular. You can sit inside on the couch in front of the fireplace and watch mtn bikers coming down the River Run ski-slope! If you want to retire early, a second TV and DVD player is set up in the master bedroom too. Why pay more to stay in a small hotel room when you can have all these comforts?
In addition to its legendary downhill skiing, winter in Keystone is home to challenging cross-country skiing, an outdoor ice-skating rink, dinner sleigh rides, and even snow biking! A mountain concierge will assist you in reserving a snow mobile trek or dinner at one of many restaurants nearby. No need to have a car. As a guest of our condo, the Keystone Resort FREE bus system will provide you with transportation to everywhere you want to go!
Keystone Resort is First-Class year round. It is home to more than a half-dozen excellent restaurants, including two restaurants at 11,000 feet. Keystone is just over an hour west of Denver, but close to five other world class ski resorts and with a FREE Summit Stage bus - you can ski at Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek. Also - my favorite - don't forget the outlet shopping in Dillon after seeing all that River Run has to offer!
If you do drive to the Keystone Resort, when you arrive, an underground parking garage will keep your car (and bikes) safe and sound. Luggage carts are available so it is possible to unload your car in one trip, no matter how much you bring! Our condo is located on the third floor just two doors from the elevators. There is a private locker for skis or other outdoor equipment at the ground level at the grand entrance to the lobby. Also, with the cost of baggage on airplanes - pack light since the laundry room is just down the hall.
This is an independently owned and we have arranged for it to be professionally managed. This is quite different than most VRBO listings. We want to do everything we can to make YOUR mountain vacation as memorable as ours have been! It would be our pleasure to provide you with tips and help to make you feel more at home and find things to do in the area.
