Front of house - Hamptons, New York Vacation Rental Spacious house in the dunes with large heated pool just steps from the beach. Living room- wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling,French doors out to pool. Master bedroom- cathedral ceiling, French doors to patio. Fully equipped kitchen w\ door onto patio. Dining Room- French doors onto patio w\outdoor dining table. Sunroom and 3rd bedroom: French doors to the pool w\picnic table. New flat screen TV's have been added to the living room, sun room and master bed room - all with DVR's. The house is on a cul-de-sac of a private road- no thru traffic. Typically the very beautiful beach is sparsely populated. The proximity to the beach and the lack of public access results in a very private bucolic setting that is still less than a mile to the center of Amagansett and within a few miles to the town of East Hampton. Availability: July 21 to July 31. $900 per night except Friday and Saturday nights $1500 each. 3 night minimum. August is rented. September available at $30,000.00 for month.
