With 9 foot interior solid mahogany doors vaulted open beam ceilings as well as beautiful custom mahogany cabinets you will enjoy the luxury of the finest interior furnishings. The kitchen is a gourmet delight! Fully equipped with everything you need for a gourmet lifestyle.
This home is on the East End just passed Calabash Bight on the water facing south with constant cooling trade winds. Built of solid poured reinforced concrete you will feel secure and safe should the weather change. There is a on-site gardener who provides security as well as fresh flowers and fruit, as available from the gardens and will assist you in any way he can to make your stay more enjoyable.
We are pro active regarding bugs. We spray our beach and gardens every 3 weeks to keep the bugs down. This is important to know for anyone renting in Roatan.
There is a wonderful swimming area just in front of the property to the west where you can relax in the water and have a cold drink while watching the sunset. When the sun goes down you can watch the stars on the veranda like you have never seen them before.
This is a private gated community where you can enjoy long walks along the shore without seeing tourists or crowds of any kind. There are 7 homes on 70 acres within this private community there are only 3 full time residents.
The reef is just at the edge of the sand. Enjoy amazing snorkeling with an abundance of multi colored tropical fish and colorful coral in warm crystal Caribbean water.

We have rented many homes over the years and this is by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. Juan and Marcos made our stay even more enjoyable by assisting in our every want/need. They washed our rental car every morning and kept the grounds pristine. We really enjoyed Kitty Kitty who comes with the property. He is aways available to curl up in your lap and purr. We were married on the patio one beautiful morning overlooking the ocean with a gentle breeze. If you are looking for a wonderful home, that is away from everything...this is your place. Don is a fine host and provides everything that a guest could possibly need/desire. We found the grocery store to carry most items that we needed, however the selection of beef and pork is very limited and expensive. Steaks down here are limited and sliced very thin. We are used to thick steaks so we just brought plenty with us. We took down 50lbs of frozen meet in a cavas bag. No problems with airport security either in Dallas or Roatan.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

WHAT A BEAUTIFIL HOME! Words do not describe this villa, it is just breathtaking. The views were awesome and the water warm. Your security guard Marco was very helpful. We went snorkeling and saw green eels and beautiful fish. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay at your home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation
