This charming cottage style beach house has ocean views both from the living and dining rooms and a short one half block walk to Lincoln beach. There is a gas fireplace in the living room to enjoy while watching the sun go down, or simply enjoy during those cool Oregon nights.
The game room has a foosball table which has additional tables to add mini hockey, mini ping pong. The room also has a table to use for playing cards, or use for puzzles. IPOD stand is ready and available for your use and enjoyment.

The charming kitchen has enough plate settings for ten. Every kitchen item needed allowing enough room for several chefs at once.
There are two large size bedrooms one having a king size bed. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets for those shopping adventures. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door leading to a large deck overlooking the backyard. Of course, there is a Gas BBQ for your enjoyment.
Along with two bedrooms, there is an queen size sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests, totaling up to 7 guests. There is also a second home 1 block away (see Get-Away beach house) which will accomodate another 7 guests. So if you are looking for large accomodations, this might be the perfect fit.
The oversized bathroom is shared by both bedrooms with enough storage to accommodate large parties. Located near the spacious kitchen is another bathroom. Great spot for rinsing of your feet after a lazy day of walking on the beach.

Year Purchased: 2007
My husband grew up on a farm in North Dakota and I in Denver. After getting married 8 years ago, we found ourselves escaping to the coast on weekends, okay almost every weekend. As time passed, we decided to take the plunge and invest in an area we loved so much. Depoe Bay was and is the best location for us. Location was very important to us since we enjoy a variety of sports and entertainment. After a long work week, it's great to be close to everything, and still have the small town feeling.
Why the Owner Chose Depoe Bay
Depoe Bay is a great location to many activities. We enjoy Depoe Bay coastline along with its ability to keep the "small town" feeling. We are two miles from the little town of Depoe Bay whom hosts the "smallest" harbour in the world. We are lucky to have resident gray whales, sandy beach called Lincoln Beach, wonderful golf courses (Agate Beach, Shalishan Golf and Spa, Chinook Winds) and plenty of shopping and resturants.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Angelisa by the Sea has wonderful ocean views from both the Living room and the Dining room. We enjoy having beach access just within a block. The beach which is called Lincoln beach is a sandy beach. During the summer months you can see baby seals, tide pools, and a collection of Agates for all to find. Our gas BBQ enables us to enjoy our backyard which has a huge deck reachable from both bedrooms. During the winter, my favorite is to turn on the gas fireplace and watch the ocean. I think my husbands' favorite is to sleep, but don't tell him I said so.

Thank you so much for the wonderful "Angelisa by the Sea". Only a short walk to the beach and centrally located. We were able to visit Lincoln City, Newport and Depoe Bay. The weather wasn't the best, but the views from this charming house certainly made up for it. Sitting around watching the ocean with a fire going was truly relaxing.
