The condo has 875 square feet of living space, which includes a full kitchen with granite countertops and an island bar, a dinette which seats six, a modest livingroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a large bedroom.
It can sleep up to five people. It has a queen size bed, a futon, a sectional, and a inflatable mattress.
There are washer and dryer facilities available, but not in the unit itself. They are located in the basement of the building.
The condo is located in the Winston Churchill building, which is a secured building, requiring a key card to enter. It also offers gated parking. |
