The subject residence is a beautifully furnished 3 bed/3 bath, 7 th floor condominium which overlooks the marina and the intercoastal waterway on one side and Main Street and the boardwalk on the other. For your entertainment pleasure, every room has a flat panel TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets, top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses and full size dresser drawers w/mirrors.
The master bath features granite counter tops, whirlpool bath and a large walk-in shower. Off the master bedroom, large glass door walls open to the balcony which overlooks the intercoastal waterway and marina. The dining room has a full size table which seats 6, or 8 when fully extended. If needed, 3 bar stools are provided and can be utilized to increase available seating in the dining room to 11. The living room contains a large cushy sofa and 2 comfy chairs w/ottomans. The furniture is positioned in such a manner so as to provide a striking panoramic view of the marina and the intercoastal waterway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with designer appliances, including a stand alone ice maker and wine cooler. Lastly, the balcony is a spacious 300 sq/ft, and is furnished to provide seating for 8. For your outdoor dining pleasure, a dining table( seats 6 ) and 2 side tables are provided along with a natural gas grill. The Wharf is truly what a vacation was meant to be.

This Condo was beautiful! It was so clean and the master bathroom was amazingly large. We had a great time at the Oasis during the day and enjoyed listening to the Beach Boys Concert from the balcony. Unfortunately the ferris wheel was not running due to maintenance, and the beach is at least 2-3 miles away and you have to use the public beach access. No bicycle rentals on the property and no tennis courts that we could find. A lot of shop spaces are empty and if you like to swim at night you are out of luck because the Oasis closes at 6pm. Really nice place to stay and don't want to be negative but was not totally what WE were expecting.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This property is all that one could ask. The listing is all that it describes.The owner provides an immaculate well kept unit and personally helps make the stay simple and comfortable. The phrase "location, location, location" could be rooted from this condo in Levin's Bend at the Wharf, Orange Beach, AL. This gorgeous unit is exceptionally furnished and accessorized and provides stunning views of the Intra-Coastal on site marina, sunsets, Main Street of the shopping district plus the amazing vista of the city along the coast. Unique shopping, entertainment and fabulous dining are all with in easy walking distance. Nearby and a short drive are many additional venues either in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido Key or Fort Morgan that provide enjoyment galore. If you can imagine it, you can relish it here.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The Wharf Levins Bend Condos are perfect! We had a really good family vacation. The condo has everything you need and has plently of room for the kids and very clean. The Oasis is wonderful. I think the kids actually enjoyed the Oasis more than the beach. The owner Jim, was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Thanks so much, we had a blast!

The room was beautiful! The people at the wharf are very friendly and helpful, so was Mr. Jim was awsome to deal with, am planning on going back soon and time and time again. Very nice clean kid friendly place to be!

The Wharf was a great place to relax, shop, and great food.The condo was very spacious and well decorated, felt like home which made it very relaxing after all day adventures on the boat or at the Oasis(great place for the kids). The view overlooking the marina from the balcony was a great place to enjoy the end of the day, and from the front door you have a great view of the main strip with all the resturaunts and shops. We will be back and plan on making this an every summer stop!
