Our 4000 square foot mountain home is a spectacular, luxury-retreat for executives, families or friends, nestled within an alpine setting of Park City. This tranquil gem has been professionally interior-decorated throughout with travertine, granite, slate and wood and maintains it's exterior mountain style with a tranquil waterfall, stream and pond, as it commands a fantastic view of the Toll Canyon Wildlife Reserve (hiking and mountain biking right out the front door with a private trail system!!) World Class Skiing is minutes away!!
Our home is generously designed with four spacious bedrooms, (including three Master Suites), a fully-equipped exercise room (elliptical, Bowflex, Precor Total gym, etc), a Gourmet Kitchen with interactive counter seating six, a magnificent dining room for eight, expansive family and living rooms,HD LCD TVs with Comcast Cable service, a Niles Home Sound System with DVD and CD players, three gas fireplaces, new outdoor spa for 6/7 w/deck, panoramic patio and deck that look upon the mountain ridge of The Canyons Resort, three-car garage and too many amenities to mention here. Our home also provides free Broadband WI-FI service, printers, fax machine, and a high-speed copier for those that need to stay in touch with the Office.
We are located 12 minutes from Downtown Park City and yet, only 25 miles from the SLC Airport/Downtown Salt Lake City. This location has premier access to both communities known for World-Class Skiing and Snowboarding (Wasatch Front (Alta and Snowbird) and Back (Deer Valley and The Canyons), and for convenient access to the shared Park City and Salt Lake City venues of the Sundance Film Festival. A free PC Bus shuttle stop is located nearby (1.9 mi down the hill), eliminating the need to drive to any of the three fabulous Ski Resorts or Downtown Park City.

We really enjoyed our stay. Every night, we discussed the highlights of the day as we had dinner around your very cozy dining room. Here is a recap of some of the comments/highlights from ages 48-10: Daily sighting of moose in back yard!! Hot tub was fantastic, Surround sound system was nice, Awesome skiing at The Canyons,Park City, and Deer Valley, Snow-tubing was great, Snowmobile excursion was incredible (1000 Peaks), Great shopping at Park City...What a great time-Thanks!!! Kelly (age 10) I really liked your cat (Sugar)..I petted her every day, I wanted to let her inside but I knew I couldn't...I have never seen so much snow in my life!!! Thank you!! and I have never seen a moose...until now!!!

Just wanted to drop a line and express how happy we all were with our stay at your home. My sister and husband really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (you could tell someone serious about cooking lived here) and the home was decorated similar to theirs. The boys loved the downstairs tv room... we liked the place so much we would seriously like to consider renting again next March. Thanks again for a wonderful time. Loved your house.
