Very special Platinum rated unit with attention to detail throughout. There are only 4 oversized 3 bed/2 baths units in the building which feature about 300 additional SF. Located on the 10th floor in the middle of the building, you could not ask for a better VIEW. Prepare to be impressed as you enter this beautiful unit. Although it is decorated very stylish, you will feel right at home.
The kitchen offers granite counters and a huge counter bar for a quick lunch or snack. The great room offers a gorgeous view of the gulf. While in this room, you can enjoy the 42" LCD TV,watch DVDs and listen to CD's all in surround sound. The main bath is very spacious and connects directly to the 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom offers a huge vanity with double sinks as well as a bath/shower. The 3rd Bedroom is located across the hall and offers two twin beds. All bedrooms feature 32" LCD TV's and a DVD player. The master bedroom is breathtaking with direct access to the oversized deck. The master bath is very spacious and offers a whirlpool tub for total relaxation.
The unit has a separate laundry room which is very spacious. Lastly this unit has a designated parking spot under the building to keep your car cooler and out of the sun & salt air. Everything you can imagine is available in this unit, all it needs is YOU!!!
The Sterling Shores Complex offers a luxurious, Gulf-side retreat with beautiful lush tropical landscaing and a 4300 square foot LAGOON POOL that is seasonally heated which features a a zero level entry and waterfall. The complex offers a second pool Gulf side which is heated year round.
The complex also offers a new Fitness Room complete with three TV's for viewing(Located on the 2nd floor). There is a 42 seat surround sound theatre for movie night. This theatre can also be reserved for private use.
The complex is in walking distance to Grazie's, The Back Porch and Ruth Chris restaurants.

My family and I fell in love with Destin the first time we came to town. We are now proud to say we own our own piece of heaven here on earth. We come to Destin often to enjoy the beach, surfing, skim boarding, diving, deep sea fishing, eating and shopping. There is something for everyone here...whether you spend an action packed vacation or just sit and enjoy the beach it is a perfect vacation! Our complex has a great location on the beach and our condo is has an incredible view. I believe our unit is in pristine and has everything you need for your stay. We like to be very comfortable while here and want you to feel the same!
