Just Bad.......Not fit for a family.
My family and I stayed at this unit the week of 4/6/12. It was unsafe, dirty, and not well maintain. The minor things were trash behind and under the couch, writing on a mirror, a drain missing in one the bathrooms and a hair dryer that did not work. But then there were big issues. Doors to the balcony did not lock. I placed a within 24 hours of checking in to get them fixed. One was then locked for the rest of the trip and the other needed to be fixed again. A living room chair was falling apart so bad that it was replaced with 3 days left on our stay. One bed was so bad it was replaced with 3 days left on our stay. The ice making broke and water leaked out onto the floor. We shut it off and a call was place but no one came to look at the problem. The day we left it had filled back up with water even being shut off. The title for the unit say "Just Renovate" and take is a joke. The owner of this property should be ashamed to rent it in this condition.

Manager response: This review is not representative of this unit at all and not representative of how we rent this unit. Guests are given housekeepers phone # to respond 24/7 for ANY cleaning concerns. This unit was very clean as the housekeepers are excellent and further the unit was inspected and passed that inspection, except that this guest was looking under the beds and under the couch and found some cereal, dirt and debris under and behind furniture. We ourselves offfered to have someone to come and clean under the beds and the couches... The guest stated that would not be necessary. We had a maintenance man in the unit on 3 occassions regarding the balcony doors that did not lock. Unfortuntely NO one on this beach stocked replacement locks and they had to be ordered. We apologized for the inconvenience. We bent over backwards to satisfy his complaints bringing him both a new mattress and new chair. These items were reported on the 10th and we had them replaced on the 11th. The gentleman called the office about the ice maker to inform us that this had leaded, but that he had turned it off. We asked him if he wanted it repaired and said no, he would get ice from the ice machine on the property.
$555-$2155* per week... rents from Sat to Sat during June, July and August 10/20 to 1/1 @ $499*/week, $599*/10 nights or $655*/ 14 nights excluding holidays 11/30 to 1/1 monthly @ 955*/month Unit rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season (May 17 to August 30) It is available nightly the remainder of the year with some exception *Rates are plus tax, linens and departure cleaning fees
