  Not trying to be harsh, but condo description and entities described, were not quite accurate in my opinion.To start, there was no coffee or creamer on site, no laundry detergent, unless shampoo bottle was actually detergent....used it anyway. Condo must have been un-inhabitated for awhile according to dates on previous reviews and opinion log book in condo, and black water out of shower faucet when turned on. Recliner is "still broken" since Oct.2012 and should be trashed. No actual dish detergent, unless hand soap was supposed to fill in. In previous rentals utilized, you were not requested to strip the sheets off bed and haul out your trash bag. Master bedroom pillows were way too hard, not comfy at all. Adults that wanted to view DVD's, would be out of luck, as there was nothing but children movies. No complete deck of cards, so that was out. There are better views just driving up and down the highway.Not even a pen or pencil in the place. SUMMATION...Owners have put more effort in decor then anything else [it is decorated well with the western motiff ]. The previous two nights I had a "motel" with a full kitchen, pool and hot tub,breakfast, coffee 24/7 and for a lesser rate.Some things in condo could be updated. For a last resort in seeking lodging for two nights, it was a place to bed down.This condo would not serve my purpose in the future...... Henry J.

  Owner response: I'm sorry guest felt this way. It is true the condo has not been rented much during off season, which is why the water in the shower needed to be run. We were unaware of the lack of coffee, creamer, detergent, however, we have maintenance and cleaning people on site that would have been happy to supplied those items if we had been contacted. I spoke to this guest several times while making reservation, but was never contacted about any issues. As for the view, we have had many many compliments. We rent this condo with family friendly accomodations which might not be the best for the money for just 2 gentlemen. We try to make it affordable for families with a limited budget and small children. Again, I'm sorry the guest felt this way.

  We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Branson West! The condo was immaculately clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked! The view from the private balcony was breath taking and the kids had plenty of room to play in the evenings! The description of the condo and location was accurate. Any questions I had prior to our stay were answered promptly, and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Branson in the future! The only attractions we had time to visit was The Track in Branson to ride the go karts and The Butterfly Palace! The go karts were a blast, and The Butter Fly Palace was amazing! We also had the opportunity to eat at Tequilas restaurant there in West Branson and the food was amazing!!!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Exceptional condo! We loved our stay, and we hope to stay here again. Extra amenities that made everything extra special. Clean and nicely decorated! Great price! Overall excellent experience!

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the condo. It was well-kept and extremely clean. The condo has wonderful scenic views and is located near some nature trails that our children enjoyed. The owners were great to work with! We had a great time, and highly recommend this rental.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  Marilyn & Jerry This Lavor Day weekend was fabulous. We loved the Ranch condo and its close proximity to Branson. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the pools were great too. If we ever get back this way, we will be sure to stay at our "home away" from home. Thank you so much!!!

  Had a wonderful week in Branson and the area. Great weather and great condo. Will be sure to tell family and friends where to stay. If available next year will be sure to stay at Notch. Like everyone else, I'll have to say the balcony was awesome. Thanks for making our Branson vacation even better.

  Marilyn & Jerry, We really enjoyed staying in Branson at your condo. The veiw is so pretty & it was so relaxing sitting out on the balcony early in the mornings. Branso had so much to do.
