Rent one of our 2 condos located at the beautiful, quiet, secluded Notch Estates. We offer one that we call the ranch because it is decorated with cowboy, western, and horse motif. The other we call the lodge because it is decorated with wildlife, hunting, bear, fish, and deer motif. Both are very family friendly and comfortable. Just what you need to relax and take an ozark mountain breath.
Why settle for a hotel room when you can rent a condo surrounded by the wooded "hills and hollers" of the Ozarks. Just two miles west of Silver Dollar City on Highway 76. Minutes away from Branson shows, shopping malls, championship golf courses, Tablerock Lake marinas, fishing, and many other activities.
It's the perfect place to spend your Branson Vacation. Not to close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough for convenience. Rent for a week, a weekend or just rent weekdays at very economical rates. Our unit has a huge deck with a fantastic view of the Ozarks and 2 outdoor dining sets that will seat 8.
We have 150 wooded acres surrounding the complex that you are welcome to explore. Take a 30 minute hike down the graded nature trail, and find the beautiful lake at the bottom. Feel free to throw in a line, but please release caught fish. Other guests might want to catch "the big one". After hiking to the valley, you are surrounnded the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Getting there is easy but coming back up will be more of an effort. You'll find the woods are alive with many species of birds, squirrels and other little critters. Don’t be surprised if you see wild turkey, deer and other animals.
A favorite place for reunions, church groups and family gatherings. There are two picnic shelters with barbecue grills available and a play area for the kids. A large swimming pool (three-eight feet deep) with a sunbathing deck is located next to the picnic shelters. One block away find another smaller pool (two-five feet deep), perfect for children or you may just want to relax and get a good tan on the large sunning deck. Our pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor day.
If you like the water there are several marinas within 15 minutes where you can launch your boat or rent several different kinds of watercraft. We also have a parking area where you can keep your boat and trailer on the property.
You can leave the condo and be at Silver Dollar City in five minutes or be in the heart of Branson in fifteen minutes. You have the best of both worlds: quiet of country, but close to all the attractions and shopping.

Marilyn & Jerry: The condo was clean & welcoming - a nice home-away from home! We enjoyed the quiet setting. Nine speed bumps was a bit annoying but guess there's no getting around that! OUr granddaughter loved the bunk beds and wants to come back & stay her again. Time flew & we didn't get to spend near enough time on the lovely deck. A delightful spot. Great balcony with a pretty view. Who needsa lake view when you can have the depth of rolling hills and forests? The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ininitely better than a hotel room. We are happy to have found you on vacation rentals by owner. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Especially enjoyed the top floor cathedral ceilings. That gave the condo a bigger feel. For anyone here for SDC, it's a terrific location. we will be back. Hopefully longer next time.
