Our spacious 1300 square foot newly remodeled condominium in North Scottsdale is tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained. McCormick Ranch is located in a prime area close to all the things bringing you to Arizona.
The Condo is conveniently located beside the pool and BBQ areas. A spacious furnished deck is accessible from both the master suite and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, and stovetop microwave) and all the items necessary for preparing and serving meals for a family. The master suite has a very comfortable King size mattress and beautiful four poster bed. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet and large master bathroom. A beautifully decorated second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. (Also available upon request is a queen-size air mattress). There is a full second guest bath also. All linens and towels are provided.
Enjoy long walks along miles of paved paths from your vacation rental through the city of Scottsdale or play golf on any of 100 courses within 30 minutes driving time. Also within driving distance you will find world class shopping, fine dining, three casinos, breathtaking views, miles of hiking, rock climbing (both gym and outdoor) and much more!
