The Tuscany is a fabulous luxury boutique resort offering only 30 luxury villas. The property is located on five acres of lushly landscaped grounds fronting the beautiful Grace Bay Beach and directly across the street from the Provo Golf Course. Our villa (E402) boasts the most spectacular and private views in the resort from the fourth floor of the east building with a western exposure for beautiful sunsets. The Tuscany features an Italian inspired courtyard and European style swimming pool, a lighted tennis court and a fully equipped gym.
Entering the Tuscany via Grace Bay Road, you are immediately aware that you are entering a very special retreat. To welcome you to your vacation villa resort, The Tuscany features a grand boulevard leading you past the lighted tennis court to the main reception and lounge area. Upon entering the reception area you are treated to a mesmerizing view of the pool and the sparkling waters of Grace Bay beyond.
From the reception area you will be guided to our private villa via the Tuscan inspired covered walkway - lined with columns and open archways allowing you to glimpse at the peaceful interior courtyard. The courtyard is lushly landscaped and the location of the thirty by seventy pool and spa with plenty of space for lounging for those lazy Caribbean days.
Our oceanfront suite features both a living area and master suite with panoramic ocean views and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a private, screened balcony. Our suite is elegantly appointed and includes a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, ensuite baths for each bedroom with natural stone counters and travertine marble floors throughout. This elegance is elevated by the high-end Caribbean furnishings selected by a renowned interior designer. The four flat screens, DVD player and home theater system are there for your entertainment pleasure as well.
Upon entering the foyer of our oceanfront, three bedroom villa you will find two generous guest bedrooms, each with a full bath. Beyond the entry hall vestibule is a laundry room and the spacious, fully appointed kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the dining/living area (dining seating for eight), which leads to our private screened patio. Off the living room lies the spacious master suite which also fronts directly to the spectacular ocean views of Grace Bay beach. The master bath leads from the large double walk-through closet and contains a luxurious platform contoured soaking tub, a separate oversized shower and double vanity space.
The staff of the Tuscany is ready to exceed all of your expectations. We just returned from an 8 night stay and can’t wait to go back. We have been coming to Prov for over 10 years and have stayed at several properties and The Tuscany is the best so far. An OUTSTANDING VIEW! Very well maintained property and the most helpful staff ever. Our son came on the trip with a sinus infection and the front desk staff went out of their way to help with getting a prescription faxed over from the United States. The Pool was never crowded and often we felt it was private just for us! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and we never had to save one for later. There is a beach bar and grill about a 3 min walk next door which was handy when we didn’t want to eat in but also didn’t want to change out of our beach clothes. The unit itself was outstanding. All top of the line appliances and furniture. Everyone remarked how comfortable the beds were. The master bath was super nice with a shower and a separate tub, plus robes in each of the 3 bathrooms. We had a total of 6 adults and everyone had more than enough room to spread out. The washer and dryer was handy to keep up our laundry. If you have never been to the island before, pack light! You are in swimwear most of the day and only in regular cloths a few hours each night. We always over pack! The patio was outstanding and the main reason we picked this complex. The view was visible the minute you walk in the door. There were 2 loungers, a dining table & chairs, plus 2 chairs and an ottoman on the patio. When we had enough of the beach for the day it was nice to watch the sunset from the patio. The owners of this unit were very helpful and made making the reservation easy.
