The house is just a short stroll to the Marina, tennis/basketball courts, playground, picnic area, heated community pool, clubhouse/ restaurant. Enjoy family and friends on our deck with large private backyard.
The first floor has a sunny open floor plan. Breakfast area has sliding glass doors open to deck with table/chairs (loads seating), charcoal BBQ grill.
After enjoying your day, you'll love to relax in our cozy living room furnished in a modern style with large stone fireplace, VCR, DVD, Cable TV, Stereo system, ceiling fan and queen-size sofa bed.
We want to make your stay as convenient as possible. Therefore, we supply cleaning supplies, alarm clocks, board games, DVD's, beach chairs, extra blankets, pillows, book of ideas of things to do and more.
