A cozy, comfortable house located in the Founders Landing Community on the Peconic Bay.
The house is located near Raphael, Pindar,Duck Walk and Corey Creek wineries. During the Summer and Fall there is live music at most of the wineries on the weekends and ongoing special events. It is a short walk to town and to the beach on Peconic Bay. Southold is the host to one of the finest restaurants on the North Fork called the North Fork Table and Inn. This restaurant is a must for those into a fine dining experience. Greenport is located 5 miles east. There is great shopping in this quaint town. There are also many restaurants to choose from. Some of them provide outdoor dining. The Long Island Railroad stops in Southold and it is a five minute taxi ride to the house. The Hampton Jitney also stops in Southold.
