We are located directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on the non-driving south beach of New Smyrna Beach. This condo is on the 5th floor with a private screened balcony that offers a gorgeous Florida Sunset view over the unspoiled nature preserve. Very comfortable and quiet condo. Soft and comfy beds with lots of room - very clean and bright. TV's and DVD's add to a peaceful evening at home after a day at the beach! Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

we enjoyed our stay and would have stayed again but evidently it was rented next year before we had a chance to be asked to re book. i dont know if it's because they had a new property manager or not. but thought it was rather odd.Recommended for: Pet owners.

We stayed here in summer 2011, late in the season. The property was practically deserted (a pro, in my book!) and about to undergo some maintenance. Glad we missed that. The unit was adequate, a/c was sporadic (hot in master bedroom and freezing in front rooms) and the tvs were hard to operate. There is no beach shuttle as advertised. Lots of mosquitoes and, ironically, two giant spiders on the patio not earning their keep by eating them. Unit was well equipped but nothing spectacular, the master bed is very squeaky (don't ask) and the furniture seemed worn. Overall a decent value for the price but in the future we would prefer to splurge a little for more comforts. The circuit breaker tripped on our last night there. Owner was very helpful and responsive in booking the unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Our furnishings in this condo are only two years old and the condo is very bright and cheery! This renter was somewhat "electronically challenged" with the universal remote and the fan switch on the wall.

We stayed here in Sept of 2010, myself, my husband, his cousin, our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. There was so much room we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Sitting out on the patio overlooking a wildlife sanctuary was very relaxing. We were there while a hurricane was off the coast so we spent a lot of time in the pool and little time at the beach because of the winds but it was one of our favorite vacations. What a great place to kick back and relax, feel at home and know your on vacation. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

The condo was great!! View of the ocean from the front and awesome view off the balcony with all kinds of wildlife and the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Most relaxing vacation I have had in a long while!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.
