Why the Owner Chose Seascape Villas
This villa was a private home prior to the purchase. It has some very nice touches that you may not see in other rental villas. The kitchen has sea blue tile on the counter top and GE appliances. The screened porch is very private overlooking the woods. There is bistro table with 2 chairs and 2 rocking chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There is also a ceiling fan which helps to cool down the porch in the hot summer days.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This villa is just 200 yds to the beach and is also near the security gate. After a long drive or flight, the villa is a short distance away and is very clean and comfortable. We are proud to say we have great houskeepers. There is also a flat screen TV in the dining/living room and a wall mounted TV in the bedroom.
