With relaxing views of the lake and the 27-hole Chip Powell designed golf course from the spacious lanai, this 6 year-old, three bedroom carriage house is fully-equipped for you to begin your vacation as soon as you arrive.
Each of the three bedrooms has glorious views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and water views with lanai. Each of the guest rooms has a queen-size bed and there is a comfortable pull-out in the den. All have their own televisions. The fully-applianced kitchen has granite counters, ceramic tiles floors and a private laundry with washer and dryer. All kitchen equipment, bed linens and towels are provided. There is even an elevator to wisk you and your packages from the two-car garage to the kitchen.
The dining area seats six adults comfortably and opens onto the great room, which is complete with flat screen TV, cable, DVD and VCR with surround sound. There's wireless internet and fax machine. Ceiling fans in every room.
