Ocean Village (Catamaran I building) private gated resort on Atlantic. Beautiful landscaped surroundings with tranquil pond just outside your screened-in patio. The landscaping around Ocean Village is lush and well maintained, and a treat just to take a walk. Miles of uncrowded beach just a short walk away, 10 tennis courts, swimming pools, on-site restaurant, fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, covered parking. Challenging, well maintained 9-hole golf course on-site (play all you want for free in summer), $3 winter season, practice range (cage), putting/chipping green. OV is a true vacation with much to do locally.
Recently remodeled 2 bedroom - 2 bath, ground floor - 1200 sq ft, end unit, all new tiled floor, new kitchen cabinets, SS appliances, granite counter tops, Weber Charcoal grill, Comcast Hi Speed Internet w/desktop computer included, or bring your laptop (WiFi included), Ooma phone with local & long distance to anywhere in U.S. included, washer/dryer in unit, plus XBOX w/games for the kids. After a tough day at the beach, enjoy our home theatre system with 42" HDTV, Blu-Ray player, Ipod dock, RoKu box to stream Netflix movies (access to our Netflix account) HuLu Plus, Pandora Internet radio & more. Two adult 10-speed bicycles are included for exploring the area. Paved bike path runs for miles along A1A (Bear Point Sanctuary 1 mi south). Catch Pompano in the surf right off our beach. Try horseback riding on the beach nearby. Nearby Fort Pierce Inlet State Park (best surfing beach) is also a must as well as many other activities.

Look no more this is the spot to stay. The property owner was great to work with for the stay and Ocean Village has everything we needed. The property was as advertised with all the little things to make the stay great. Perfect spot to just kick back and relax without having the crowded beaches and restaurants to deal with during your vacation. Plenty of things to do all within walking distance or an easy 10 minute drive. Great local restaurants and the state park has a fantastic beach area for kids.

Was very homey and the location was great. * Did the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities? Yes, everything was just as described. * Was the property clean and well-maintained? Very well maintained. The entire complex is meticulous. * Was the owner helpful in answering your questions or concerns? Bill responded very quickly and answered all my questions. * Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? Most definitely. * What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend? We ate at a few local restaurants. Mangrove Matties (all you can eat crab legs) was our favorite. The Ramp has great raw oysters, Goodfella's pizza was very good too. We stayed a month and wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo is clean and comfortable with just about everything needed to live as if you were at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with all utensils and supplies. The rooms are large with lots of windows - very bright. This unit is on the ground floor which suited us with no stairs and close to the parking spot. The complex is a very secure gated community that is patrolled regularly with numerous activities. The beach is just a short walk away. We had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a home away from home. The owner was very helpful and prompt with responses.
