Breckenridge / Quiet, comfortable single-family home located one block from Main Street.
The first floor of our home features an open plan with spacious dining and living areas with fireplace and kitchen. We love to cook for our family and friends when we're in Breckenridge, so our kitchen is always well equipped. The large deck has a hot tub, gas grill and comfortable furniture. The deck's a fine place for a good book and a glass of wine after a day of skiing or hiking. In the winter, you have a view of the entire Breckenridge ski area.
A private master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with down comforter, TV, large master bath suite and walk-in closet. The deck off the master bedroom looks out to the ski resort.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be converted into a king-sized bed with down comforters. The second bedroom has a full bathroom which is shared with the living area. It also has a TV and deck looking out to the slopes.
The third bedroom, located at garden level is furnished with two single beds and a bathroom. The garden level also has a family room with a comfortable sofa sleeper and TV.
The free shuttle bus stop is 100 feet from our front door. "The Stage" will transport bikes, skis and snowboards to locations throughout Summit County.
Our family looks forward to our time in Breckenridge. We always feel rejuvenated after a week in the mountains. We'll do everything we can to make your stay in our home comfortable, relaxing and hassle-free while you're here.

Great house! We loved having two living spaces...one for the kids and the other for adults. The proximity to the bus stop was unbeatable. We were at the slopes in minutes! The hot tub was such a bonus, and my daughter thought it was great using it as it was lightly snowing! We loved Breckenridge. We had a day trip to Vail and although my husband enjoyed the "bowl" skiing there, we all agreed we preferred Breckenridge.
