Perched on the Santiago hillside, Casa de Arcos has lovely views of the ocean from its various patios, balconies, and terraces. This 3 bedroom / 2.5 Bath home is on four levels, catching the sea breezes all day long. Every room in the home has a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom is on the second level, with a King bed that overlooks the ocean, a small balcony, and large master bath with closet.
The first guest room, also furnished with a king bed, overlooks the mountains, and has a private balcony. The second guest room is furnished with two twin beds. Both guest rooms are located on the third level, with the guest bath on the second level.
The main level has a Living Room surrounded by a balcony, a large Dining Room with a patio overlooking the ocean, and a full kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes and complete cookware.
The lower level has a half-bath and Cabana room with a refrigerator. The private pool is on this level, along with two terraces (one with a Palapa).
The large patio outside the Dining Room is perfect for outdoor living, and is furnished with a table and chairs. A stairway off the patio brings you down to the pool and two terraces. One of the terraces is covered with a palapa, and has two lounge chairs, a table, and chairs. There are shady areas, as well as sunny areas on the terraces all day long. Pool towels are provided.
This 2,500 square foot home has secure, covered parking for two cars, and a gated parking spot for a third car. With approximately 1,500 square feet of tiled patios, terraces, and balconies, there is plenty of room to enjoy all this home has to offer.
