Brian Head Resort is considered one of the nicest ski resorts in Utah, The winters offer the "snow fanatics" some of the best powder skiing and snowboarding available, along with snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and a great tubing park for kids of ALL ages. Brian Head has a total of 8 lifts, and nearly 60 ski trails to take advantage of. We now include FOUR Freedom Ski Passes, which are unlimited use, completely transferable to anyone who wants to use them and saves $200.00 per day in lift ticket costs!
Summertime offers a whole new set of fantastic opportunities for visitors. You can take advantage of miles of ATV trails all around Brian Head, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes and streams within 30 minutes of Brian Head. If you are a mountain biker, Brian Head has some of the best trails in the country and is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments throughout the summer.
Brian Head also offers free concerts, craft fairs,and fantastic town celebrations all Summer long. Cedar Breaks National Park is 5 miles away, and one of the most spectacular sights you will ever see.
Cedar City is just 40 minutes down the mountain, and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival (Summer and Fall), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and so many other amenities you may be looking for.
Our warmly decorated condominium has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable "home life" experience. Our entire condominium was just completely remodeled and is in beautiful shape. You really feel like you are at home and not just in another "rental property".
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King size bed and cable TV with a 32" LCD television. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (total of 4 people)with a 32" LCD television, Nintendo system, Cable TV, and VCR, which is wonderful when the adults need some "down time" from being the entertainers for the kids.
The living room is open and comfortable, and the couch is very large, which can accommodate two more guests for sleeping purposes. The living room also has a large 42" LCD TV, VCR, DVD, and Blu Ray as well as a Nintendo Wii for those times you just want to stay inside. There is also a stereo system with an assortment of videos and music selections.
Our condo is fully furnished with absolutely everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable time in the mountains. Our renters return year after year and have made it their home. We would be pleased to invite you into our Brian Head home as well!

We had a fantastic time at Brianhead! The condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. The snow was awesome and the Freedom passes worked out great. We are all wondering when we can go back again!!

We stayed in this condo for long ski weekends in December 2010 and 2011. We LOVE it. It's comfortable, warm, clean and has everything our family needs for a nice pre-holiday ski weekend. Dave is an excellent, thoughtful and accommodating host. We love the ski passes because they are easy to use and we can ski whenever we want and literally ski right to the door of the condo building. We hope to make this condo our annual tradition.

Everything was exactly as described. Excellent location - very good access, did not have to drive once to ski. The unit itself was just how it looked in the pIctures and really did have everything needed. The only downside was the power was out our last night- not sure why either but it was just that building. This was the only item that prevented five stars. A great overall condo and stay. I would stay there again. Thank you!!!

My friends and I recently rented this beautiful condo for an annual fishing trip to Panguitch Lake. It easily accommodated all six of us comfortably. It had everything we needed and more. We will certainly be looking to book it again in the future.

me and my family have stayed in about 10 different places in brian head and by far this one is the best. The condo is always clean,theres always stuff to keep the kids occupied and there is nothing like wakeing up with i nice cup of coffie sitting on the back porch! any time we have friends or family go up this is the condo they stay at.plus the hot tub ROCKS after a day of beating up the mountain bike trails!

We have stayed here previously and as always, we were extremely pleased. Of course the place is immaculate and serves its purpose as "home away from home" very well. For us, what puts the icing on the cake is the communication and how Dave is so reasonable and easy to work with. On our second day up there, my husband threw out his back and had to stay the rest of the week in bed. On our last day, the weather was perfect and the kids wanted to ski for a few hours. We called Dave up and asked if it would be alright if my husband could stay in the condo for a few extra hours past our check out time (we were willing to make any last minute price adjustments and pay for the few hours). He was so gracious and told us that since the next party (family coming up) had change of plans, that he would contact the housekeeper and have them come in later so my husband could stay in the condo and rest and we could just check out a couple hours later. Owners who care and understand and have great communication= peace of mind for a great vacation. This is our first choice of stay at Brian Head! Only drawback: That their condo is in high demand. I wish they owned another condo up there... (:

The condo was great with all the ammenties of home and the unlimited ski passes were an extra perk that saved us $200 per day of skiing. We had 3 adults and 4 kids in the condo and everyone had their own space. Definitely will stay again and gonna book early for next year.

This condo is SOOOOO nice! All updated throughout with new kitchen and baths and carpet and paint. Very comfortable furniture, feels like home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could think of and then some. With plenty of towells, soap, shampoo and hair dryers, all you need to do is bring your clothes and food and you are set. Thank you so much, Dave, for being so easy to work with and making our trip so easy. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience it was for our family to stay at this condo for a long weekend just before Christmas! We were so happy with the clean, upgraded, and comfortable accommodations.
