The condo was awesome, very modern and comfortable. This was our second summer using this condo and we will be back every year.

Great codo in the As[ens!

It was a nice week get away out of the Phoenix heat in July. The owner was great at providing any information about the surrounding area. He also made it very easy for us to reereve and work with. Its a central point for Cedar Breaks, Bryce and Zion. I have already recommended many coworkers to reserve this spot.

First let me say that the owners are very helpful and available with a quick response to all our questions. The place was clean and well maintained. It is apparent to me that the owners treat this place like a second home and not just a rental to profit from. We stayed once and are going back again!

We had a fantastic time at Brianhead! The condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. The snow was awesome and the Freedom passes worked out great. We are all wondering when we can go back again!!

Fabulous holiday break

Everything was exactly as described. Excellent location - very good access, did not have to drive once to ski. The unit itself was just how it looked in the pIctures and really did have everything needed. The only downside was the power was out our last night- not sure why either but it was just that building. This was the only item that prevented five stars. A great overall condo and stay. I would stay there again. Thank you!!!

We stayed in this condo for long ski weekends in December 2010 and 2011. We LOVE it. It's comfortable, warm, clean and has everything our family needs for a nice pre-holiday ski weekend. Dave is an excellent, thoughtful and accommodating host. We love the ski passes because they are easy to use and we can ski whenever we want and literally ski right to the door of the condo building. We hope to make this condo our annual tradition.

My friends and I recently rented this beautiful condo for an annual fishing trip to Panguitch Lake. It easily accommodated all six of us comfortably. It had everything we needed and more. We will certainly be looking to book it again in the future.

me and my family have stayed in about 10 different places in brian head and by far this one is the best. The condo is always clean,theres always stuff to keep the kids occupied and there is nothing like wakeing up with i nice cup of coffie sitting on the back porch! any time we have friends or family go up this is the condo they stay at.plus the hot tub ROCKS after a day of beating up the mountain bike trails!

We have stayed here previously and as always, we were extremely pleased. Of course the place is immaculate and serves its purpose as "home away from home" very well. For us, what puts the icing on the cake is the communication and how Dave is so reasonable and easy to work with. On our second day up there, my husband threw out his back and had to stay the rest of the week in bed. On our last day, the weather was perfect and the kids wanted to ski for a few hours. We called Dave up and asked if it would be alright if my husband could stay in the condo for a few extra hours past our check out time (we were willing to make any last minute price adjustments and pay for the few hours). He was so gracious and told us that since the next party (family coming up) had change of plans, that he would contact the housekeeper and have them come in later so my husband could stay in the condo and rest and we could just check out a couple hours later. Owners who care and understand and have great communication= peace of mind for a great vacation. This is our first choice of stay at Brian Head! Only drawback: That their condo is in high demand. I wish they owned another condo up there... (:

The condo was great with all the ammenties of home and the unlimited ski passes were an extra perk that saved us $200 per day of skiing. We had 3 adults and 4 kids in the condo and everyone had their own space. Definitely will stay again and gonna book early for next year.

This condo is SOOOOO nice! All updated throughout with new kitchen and baths and carpet and paint. Very comfortable furniture, feels like home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could think of and then some. With plenty of towells, soap, shampoo and hair dryers, all you need to do is bring your clothes and food and you are set. Thank you so much, Dave, for being so easy to work with and making our trip so easy. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience it was for our family to stay at this condo for a long weekend just before Christmas! We were so happy with the clean, upgraded, and comfortable accommodations. All of the details were taken care of! We loved that the condo was decorated for the holidays too! We can't say enough positive things about the condo and we'll be back again every year. The owner does an excellent job of communicating all of the details and everything went so smoothly. What a great experience...thank you!

this condo is the nicest place we and our friends have stayed in brianhead! it has everything you could want or need. we try to go at least twice a year and this condo may be one of the reasons y. the owners are very nice and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay the best and they do a great job.

Thank you and Mary for the condo rental. The condo, Brian Head, and weekend were lovely in every way. Your condo is very, very nicely appointed and stocked, and far superior to our past experiences with rental properties. We will hope to rent from you again, perhaps even for the fall program of the Utah Shakespeare Festival again next month. We certainly would like to return next summer.

Dave, We really enjoyed staying at your condo! It fit the needs of our family perfectly and was very comfortable. We felt like we were in our home away from home. The couches were so comfortable the kids wanted to fall asleep there watching the snow fall. Dave, Everything was wonderful. We have rented several different condos over the years at Brian Head and we feel your accommodations were the best yet. Everything we needed was in the condo, it was clean and very comfortable, definitely a home away from home. One thing we thought was great was the key-less entry. This made if very convenient for all to come and go at different times. Thank you so much for all of your assistance, you will be hearing from us again in the future. I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to rent your condo this weekend. It was absolutely lovely. We took full advantage of the game room and spa. It is a wonderful place. We even did a little hiking in the area - snow was all melted, but it was great. I didn't really know what to expect, but the condo was just like being at home. We all felt so comfortable. From your email address, I was thinking you might be a photographer and from the looks of those outstanding photos on the walls, I must be right. Gorgeous! Thank you again.

Dear Dave, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your condo. We have stayed at Giant Steps II for 3 years and it was unavailable this year so we found you! We actually liked your accommodations more than the other one. It was very spacious with just enough seating for us to play games and watch movies at night. We missed driving in the storm on Wed. night, but the morning of Thursday was wonderful- 10 new inches of powder!! We were in heaven!! Thanks again-I have bookmarked you for next year and hope to stay at your condo again. Lori
